This place is a great store to have in Keizer. I usually find a good deal on something from their clearance — enjoy the variety of k-​cups. A bit pricey but super how they keep track of your purchases by credit card.
Love the kitchen gadgets. I only go about 4−5x/year, but like this place. I actually returned something 6 months later without receipt and got the full credit. If I ever marry, is easily register here!

Discovery Bay, CA
This is the smallest BB & Beyond I’ve ever been in. They didn’t even have spaghetti strainers! We were trying to equip our kitchen in a new RV and they didn’t have ice cube trays with a bin for the cubes to put in the freezer! Also no suction cup holder for sink sponge! We bought one pot because this was just the most pitiful excuse for a BB & Beyond I have EVER been in! They were sweet and polite, but couldn’t explain why they didn’t have what we needed!

They have an awesome return policy, comparable to Nordstrom. The only reason I mention that is because the receipt itself does not state anything much on the return policy. It can leave customers with ambiguous ideas.
The things here are OK. I once bought ‘space bags’. Some of them had broken zippers. The quality is OK too. Today I bought a shampoo holder with suction cups. The suction cups were terrible. The shampoo and the basket fell on my foot!
Plenty of parking here. It is shared with the world market and old navy.

Kevin at Bed Bath & Beyond went way above what was expected for good customer service. I called the store to see if they had a juicer that I wanted. They didn’t have it. He spent the next ten minutes calling other stores to check inventory until he found a store that carried the item. Then he personally called the store to make sure they held the item for me, gave them my name and number, gave me the name of the person he spoke to and arranged it all for me. He was fantastic.

I just can’t help but love Bed Bath & Beyond. I seriously think I could go broke buying all the kitchen gadgets. I like to buy good quality stuff, and although BB&B is not the cheapest place, it certainly is not the most expensive place either. Everything I have bought here so far has lasted and works well.
There is a wide variety of things here to shop for, so make sure you at least give them a look before buying elsewhere.

The best place to find all those gadgets and gizmos that you didn’t know you needed until you saw them – at fairly reasonable prices!
If you want luxury bedding and bath, you’ll find it here. If you want high-​end cook ware, you’ll find it here. If you want the best Yankee Candle selection in Salem (or Keizer), you’ll find that here too!
Seriously, if you can’t find what you’re looking for here, then you don’t really know what you want. I’m not a promoter of big box stores, but this place is the place to go.
