Best pork tacos in Salem. Fresh, fresh, fresh. My friend told me about this place. I was surprised it was just in the back of a mexican grocery. No one in the back speaks english, but try your best spanish and you will be rewarded. They also had some mangos up by the register. WINNER. Glad I found this place.

The BEST green salsa I’ve ever had. You can buy buckets of it at fairly reasonable prices. Well, reasonable for gringos. I make shredded pork tacos at home and smother them with this sauce. Be careful – the heat varies as it’s made fresh in house. Sometimes you’ll burn the crap out of your mouth.
To buy: head straight to the back of the store and ask for salsa. You can choose from two sizes. Also, there is food, but I’ve never had it.
