Was on Unilocal looking for pizza places figured this was close so why not. WRONG WAY WAY WRONG. The flavor was just off weird even. The bread sticks were a heavy dough rolled out with crap spices thrown on top. The garlic butter sauce was horrible. You know the pizza isn’t good when you 4 year old who LOVES pizza will not even eat it. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever go back.

Ate here the first time based on what I saw on Unilocal reviews. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. If this was my first taste of pizza, I’d never try it again. Bland, terrible crust, just bad all the way around. My first clue should have been the bread sticks I order that were just as bad. Everyone has their opinion, but it’s just pizza. How can you screw that up? I won’t come back that’s for sure.

I am a fan of Bosses. Think the Lake Worth location is the best, but this is a very close second. Rufe Snow and Western Center are just not quite up to this level. Nice folks and good hot pizza and RC on tap!

It’s very sad Bosses doesn’t honor their gift cards and the staff treats you like an idiot when trying redeem one. I’ve been a Mamas and Bosses patron for 37yrs but after tonight’s experience Mamas will be getting my business.
To add insult to injury, our double hamburger and Canadian bacon had less than average toppings on it. All about making the profit.

Had to have another buffet fix. About the same.
Eight people, big guys, sitting around munching pizza. Lady at the counter states she has one more pizza for the buffet in the oven.
Usual mix of about two pizzas on the buffet. I about killed them off. True to form, about every 10 minutes another different hot pizza appears on the buffet as more people trickled in.
They served a meat lovers with jalapeños. I love hot stuff. Well spank me twice and call me Bob, those jalapeños corrected any misconceptions I might have had about life, love, and hot slices of pizza.
Corny old moldy but funny country songs were played, not too loud though.
Everyone seemed happy.
Another 14 or so people ambled in over the next 30 minutes, two families and some others.

I am from mesquite but every time I am over here I eat at bosses. It’s just that good nice people good service. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Wish we had one in mesquite

Not a fan of the bread, it’s a bit odd. The pizza was ok, just ok. My only complaint was that there was way too much cheese, otherwise it was pretty average. Service took FOREVER! They said there was a bunch of delivery orders that had to go out before they made ours so it took quite a while considering we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time.

Quality of pizza is ok, cleanliness of restaurant is not very good, attitude of staff at desk is pretty poor. I don’t think we will make this place our go too pizza joint. It is good for a change of pace place.

My favorite place for good pizza. We also love their Boss salad with the spicy ranch dressing. It a good old fashion pizza joint so no, it’s not like walking into pizza hut, but you get better pizza than you can at pizza hut and it’s always been clean and the people friendly.

Pizza is just not the same as it used to be. It seems a common theme with pizza joints in the area. To bad they feel the need to compromise quality.

I ordered pizza at 5 this afternoon and it is now 6:37 and I still have NO pizza. Please do not spend your money here. You will never get my business again. What you will get however is a freaking eviction notice if you continue to do this to customers!

Nasty pizza. Had to take a napkin to absorb the grease on top. Crust was like chewing on cardboard. Took over 45 minutes to get 4 mini pizzas. You could tell the staff did not want to be there, would not even say «Your welcome «after we repeatedly said «Thank You.» This was our 2nd time here, first visit was equally unimpressive, just wanted to give it a second chance, but will not give it a third.

I love bosses pizza. The crust on this pizza is like no other place. It’s like a pretzel crust that’s buttery and is just delicious. If you like a lot of cheese on your pizza you will really enjoy this pie. If you don’t like a lot of cheese make sure you ask them to go easy on it. This pizza is best when eaten in house although now they deliver which is a plus but it still better when it’s fresh and eaten there. I was also really surprised that they have such a great house salad. The salads are very fresh and the ranch that they make is really delicious. I like the staff here never had a problem. This place is an old pizza joint that probably needs to be updated but I can look past that for the quality of pizza. If you have any lactose issues be fore warned I don’t know if it’s the cheese or the garlic in the sauce but this pizza is known to give some pretty gnarly gas… TMI?!

LOVE their PIZZA! Cheese is so gooey. I’ve only been there a couple of times but the staff is always friendly and the music selection was good too. (it’s being played off one of the employees ipods) The pizza is HOT and a good amount of toppings. This little «dive» is a gem. I just wish they would offer a night buffet. OH… I like that they serve beer too!

The pizza is pretty good but the new owner is not so much. Went to redeem gift cards that I purchased from this location and they would not take them.
Reached out to owner twice very politely with no response. My gift cards are with the store/​business not the owner. Not honoring them even when I had a receipt is not good. Refusing to interact and explain the issue directly with the customer is even worse.

Being from the NYmetro area… I cannot eat this pizza and be ok giving it more than one star.
The waiter was the least friendly person I have met in Texas, he was MISERABLE. Had the service been friendlier I swear I would have considered two stars.
The place smelled like beer and cigarettes. It was so dark in there. Like something out of the movies. Flies everywhere. I had wings. Not bad. I got the kids a pizza… It was ok– I guess. I don’t know. Ok. We hated it but I can eat anything. My husband had what I would consider the sorriest excuse for a Cesar salad I have ever seen in my entire life.
I heard the buffet is cool and I guess I would try it because other people like this place– but I swear I almost fainted when I walked in. It was like a dive bar turned pizza parlor.
Please don’t throw things at me. I have to be honest!

I guess this is more about preference than anything else because my wife loves this place but not me. It’s kinda greasy and the pizza gets soggy fast because of it. The plus is I believe they are delivering now which is good but this is not my kind of pizza.

I stopped in for lunch the other day and had the lunch pizza buffet. The buffet was kept well stocked and fresh. The pizza was OK and typical of a lunch pizza buffet. It was not outstanding, but overall, a good value for the money.
