The manager, Todd, is personable and efficient. We are new to the area and had a coupon to try a free large. We were met with a smile, and a delicious pizza. I am sooooo tired of chain places and while this is a smaller chain, the service and pizza are outstanding.
We will definitely be back. Once a week pizza at our house!

Great pizza and great service! Todd and his team are speedy and clean. I’ve been getting pizza here since high school days in the late 80’s. Today we had Sticky Fingers delivered. Very fast delivery. No mistakes. Hot pizza!

Pizza here is really good, and I’m not a big pizza person. Their thin crust pepperoni pizza is delicious. I did have an annoying moment the other day when I came to pick up my pizza… I ordered a premier pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. On their website they had a coupon for $ 14.99 when you order a specialty or premier pizza & cheese sticks. When I went to pick it up, I showed the guy and the register the coupon and he goes «well…you didn’t get a specialty pizza your pepperoni pizza is premier» …Like I’m pretty sure on the coupon it said «OR premier pizza». He did give me the discount after I had to read what the coupon said to him.
It wasn’t a big deal but I tend to have a short fuse when it comes to stuff like this

Me: yeah dude, I’m not tipping you 13 bucks.
Delivery guy fumbled through his cash looking confused.
Me: just give me a ten back and were even
Delivery guy: Umm I only have 5’s and 1’s
Me: Ok then give me a 5 and 5 1’s
Delivery guy: ??? Looks more confused
Me: I gave you 40 bucks. You’re getting a 3 dollar tip
Delivery guy: oh ok have a good night

If you want excellent customer service, this IS the place! Excellent pizza and caring staff. They called to check on me while I was in Keller traffic, and they did something very wonderful for me. I will tell the world they are a fantastic pizza place!

By far the best pizza we have come across since moving to Fort Worth Keller area. We have already tried 10 locations. Their pizzas is not doughy, they offer a thin crust options; flavor is spot on. I in particular do not like pizza but will definitely eat here again.

This place is awesome. The wings are always super good and the pizza is always amazingly greasy. The delivery is amazing, I always get it delivered to my back yard and they always come on in like no problem. Also did I mention they are super fast!

Best pizza, no need to look elsewhere! We love trying new restaurants, as frequently as possible. But one thing we haven’t even ventured out for is pizza. We found this Mr. Jim’s location, and were first timers to any Mr. Jim’s. And boy are we sold. Normally, we’d have tried every location in town by now, but Mr. Jim’s has reeled us in. The delivery staff is always prompt and kind. And the online ordering system is a piece of cake. You can even add tip, which means no more fumbling to see if you have a smidge of cash buried in your wallet. Because lord knows, we sure as heck don’t It’s 2015 for goodness sake!
My fave pizza, you ask? Pepperoni deluxe! And for an extra bonus, add black olives and GREEN olives! Yeah you heard it! GREEN OLIVES! Deeeel-​yummmmmm…

I love Mr. Jim’s. I used to work at one in Grapevine over 20 years ago as a kid and I loved it then too. They are always generous with the toppings and it’s actually hot enough to let it sit and cool before eating when I have it delivered. The flavored crust is amazing, if your a bread lover like I am. I have ordered pizza from this location many times over the last 10 years and it has never disappointed.

The guy that gave one star looks like a disgruntled employee to me. I’ve NEVER had any complaints in the 6 years we’ve been coming here! We love the thin crust AND the regular crust, which is rare — I usually hate «bready» regular crusts, but this one is good. The sticky fingers (think supreme) and vegetarian pizzas are my favorite. For a chain, this is a definitely a go to stop.

If your interested in trying a pizza chain that’s horrible try this place. What an absolute joke. I don’t know what’s in the dough but its sour and rancid. I’ve had this pizza many times before (for free) and has managed to get worse over the years
You should not be allowed to pay for this garbage.

Mr. Jim’s Pizza is a chain restaurant predominately in the DFW area. It was my first time having Mr. Jim’s pizza and I must say it was pretty good for a chain restaurant. I had the vegetarian pizza and the chicken jalapeño chicken stix. The stix had a hot kick to them and thin crust which I like. The vegetarian pizza was good with nice crisp crust. I wouldn’t mind ordering from these guys again.
