Table of 5. 2 are done eating and 3 yet to receive their food. People behind us have gotten their food. It’s been bad the last couple of times we’ve been here. It is now my fault we keep coming back.

0 stars!!! Awful service. Been here forever like an hour and still haven’t gotten my baked zita and pizza. Worst place ever.

My favorite pizza in this area! I love the thin and crispy crust, the artichoke deluxe pizza is my favorite. I haven’t gone in to dine, I’ve had delivery which was fast and friendly. Great gourmet pizza!

Based on the reviews from 6 – 10 months ago I was wary, but they must’ve listened because the food tonight was great! Came for a kids team dinner and everyone was happy, not an empty plate in sight. Will definitely come again.

Good pizza and a change of pace from delivery places like dominos etc. pizza is thin crust and they have some different combos that are really tasty! Try«the king» it was awesome! We also like that they deliver to us! The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because we have called for delivery twice, and they have been«under staffed» and unable to deliver to us as they advertise– not quite as great when you have to go pick it up when you are in the mood for delivery

First time visitor and I am surely never going to return. I came to this place with an open mind and empty stomach. I ordered the meatball sandwich, my wife ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and my daughter ordered a simple a cheese pizza. When the pizza arrives it was clearly burnt so I asked the server if this a normal looking pizza and I think he humbled something like… yeah. I shook my head and told my daughter to start eating. I too started eating my sandwich. Right off the bat the meatballs tasted like they were freezer burnt and certainly were NOT homemade. I watched my wife dig into her fettuccine and almost immediately she said it was the most tasteless and dry version she had ever had. She asked the server if he could bring some extra sauce and he said, «Yeah, I’m sorry we ran out of sauce». I couldn’t believe what I just heard. He said let me go see if I make a little extra. This was the worst food I can remember eating in a long long time. The best tasting thing I was served was the bag of gourmet potato chips. We stood up and started to leave and were met by the manager returning with what appeared to be a minuscule amount of sauce. I shook my head and told him this was the worst Italian food I had ever had. He simply said, «I’m sorry you didn’t like it, have a nice evening». Nice!

It is the most expensive bad pizza i’ve ever have. I waited 45 minutes to get my ‘large” pizza and a salad. It cost $ 35. It wad basically flatbread with some sauce. Never again. You can get better thin crust pizza at Dominos. GOTOANYOTHERPIZZAJOINTINKELLER!

We like Palio’s. I wish we loved it but they aren’t consistent enough. On a great day it is a great find but other days they rush the pizza through, skimp on toppings and you feel like you didn’t get what you paid for.

I was expecting something similar to Brick oven, instead it was yet another fast casual pizza place. Staff was friendly Salad was good but the pizza was boring. Clean dining area.

Love their pizza! Have only gotten it to go so I’m not entirely sure about the venue… great stuff… will keep going back.

I’ve only tried the Palio’s in Irving and I loved it. I tried this location as carryout because it’s closer to home, and I don’t love it as much as Irving. My pizzas lacked sauce. I looked under the pizza, in the box, all over lol then I decided they didn’t put any on there. No bueno. So I was disappointed. I will try again as dine in and see if there’s a difference. My favorite is Molly’s.

LOVELOVELOVE their pizza. My whole family is onboard with Palio’s. We love the cheese, pepperoni, and King pizzas. Their Greek chicken salads are really good too if you want something on the lighter and just as yummy side. The only thing is BECAREFUL when eating the olives in the salad. Some have pits still in them and can ruin dental work. OUCH!!! It is pricey for pizza, but it’s worth it. Trust me. Trust your palate.

Pizza is really good when it’s delivered on time; however, the service really sucks. Ordered two pizzas at 6:15 pm. The girl taking the order made the ordering process brutal. She kept saying can you«speak up». My phone works fine. If you can’t hear me it’s your phone. I had to repeat my phone number and name several times, each time louder. I had to repeat(yell) my credit card number to the girl on the phone about 4 times. I asked her what the problem was with her phone and she said her co-workers were being loud. Finished the order, she said the pizzas would be delivered in 35 – 45 minutes. She’s probably not the best choice to begin the customer experience. She comes-off as annoyed. After waiting an hour… I called to find out where the pizza was. They said they didn’t know… they called the driver but he wasn’t answering his phone. After another 15 minutes I called again. This time they said the driver was the manager so if I had a complaint I should talk to him whenever he arrives. At 7:45, 90 minutes after placing the order, the manager arrived with the two soggy pizzas. He said sorry, «I am the only driver». I suggested they consider telling customers it will be 90 minutes for delivery and or calling customers to let them know deliveries are running late. He wasn’t impressed, more annoyed than anything else and walked off. I was super disappointed and expected«something» from this manager. The pizzas had been steaming in the box for an hour so they were soft and chewy like microwave pizza. If I had paid cash instead of credit I would have refused the pizzas. $ 38 for two soggy pizzas? There are too many pizza delivery options to settle for bush-league service.

I had a small serene pizza, which is one of their vegetarian pizzas. The toppings were tasty but the whole wheat crust was not good at all and it was dry. The crust is usually a big part of a tasty pizza for me. I should’ve just gotten the pesto chicken sandwich like I had originally wanted. I also ordered 2 vanilla cannolis and they were just okay to me. I don’t know if it’s because I already didn’t like the pizza or what but I’ve had better cannolis from Central Market.

Everytime we’ve come here, we’ve always had a good experience. The pizza and the blackened chicken Alfredo are our favorites. Deserts always good here. The chocolate cannoli was pretty good. It’s self-service, and they bring the food to the table so can’t complain. Will come back

Finally made it in for lunch, after living in the area almost 11 yrs. Had asked around and was told, «It’s okay,» and they were right — it’s okay. The experience was a mixed bag: the counter staff was only mildly helpful. In fact, I was a bit shocked when I asked for the eggplant parmesan and was told they don’t serve it any more and that was a good thing for me.(Seriously, it’s what they said!) Table service though was prompt and salad was fresh; balsamic dressing just right and not overpowering. The pasta… there’s the«it’s okay.» Baked ziti, no meat. I was offered a meat option and when I asked the counter staff what kind of meat, was told, «Just a meat sauce, you know, ground meat.» I confirmed it wasn’t Italian sausage and opted for no meat. Sauce had spice, ample cheese but all in all, just nothing special. Of course, price was right — $ 8.49 before tax & tip for lunch special. Didn’t finish pasta; decided wasn’t worth the calories, so took my Diet Coke to go. Was told later by another fan I should have ordered the pizza.

Five stars for being great at what they choose to be: a neighborhood pizza café with a BYOB set-up, Gluten Free(GF) crust available(which is really good!). My wife and I have been with friends or family about 4or 5 times, maybe more: always come away satisfied and with happy bellies :-) There is also a little outdoor eating area. All in all a favorite eating out place.

I got take out from here last night. A small Noah’s for me and a kids cheese pizza for little man. The man on the phone was professional and proficient, the wait time was average(15 – 20 min), and the restaurant was easy to find. The Noah’s pizza was heavenly. Head and shoulders above any chain restaurant in the area — this place is in a higher category, for sure. The ingredients are high quality and the toppings are elevated. The kids cheese pizza was pretty good, too. I’d love to go back with my hubby and try some of the other specialty pizzas.

We’ve been here four times, and each time the pizza is superb. I especially enjoy the whole wheat crust, and they have a gluten free option for those who need that. They do not sell alcohol — but that’s OK. They have ice and buckets for your chilled BYOB wine with corkscrews and wine glasses to help you enjoy what you bring. All-in-all a great spot for pizza in Keller.

Dad, visiting from Granbury, wanted to give Palio’s a try(he recently read an article about this location in the Fort Worth Star Telegram). Basically the same great pizza experience we’ve had in the past, though this time we went with a half cheese(my favorite) and half pepperoni and anchovies… I know, weird, huh? That was dad’s choice. Cheese side was great(I prefer thin crust). It was the first time I went cheese only at Palio’s. Dad’s side was good too(though I could have done without the greasy pepperoni). It seems it getting harder to find places that do anchovies, so it was a nice treat(I like anchovies, I just don’t love them). Bottom line: Still a good pizza choice in Keller. PS. This is the first time I was here at lunch, so I noticed the lunch specials… For $ 7.99 your choice of lunch size pizza and three toppings, or any sandwich, or a lunch calzone up to 3 stuffings or any pasta. Price includes drink and a salad(though maybe with the sandwich it’s chips).
