I ordered through the drive through and ordered the 6 pc steak fingers. They asked me to pull up and wait. I did. 5 minutes later, they asked me to move into a parking spot because a line was developing. It took them nearly 15 minutes to get my meal to me and attempted to give my meal to the car beside me. When I got home, I had intentions to split the meal with my mother. Instead of 6, they had given me the 4. Very disappointed. I won’t be going back. And the food taste like dog food. The steak fingers were not cooked till crispy. Soggy and with a dog food odor. I hope they figure their issues out. Not a fan. One star for the gravy being hot. Shame.

Why are they always so darn slow? It’s a slow Monday night and the few cars sporadically going through the drive thru are having to pull forward and wait for their food. We got 3 cones and 2 blizzards, and it took them 15 minutes. The ice cream here is yummy, just not worth the price or the wait time.

This isn’t a very good Dairy Queen. I live right behind it and i was so excited when they were building it. The Dairy Queen on Ruff Snow is so much better, but a pretty far drive for a burger and blizzard. I’ve tried the keller location 3 times now — i give up. Sonic rules in Keller.

Used to ride an hour for my «Blizzard Fix». Good to see a DQ in Keller. It’s clean, convenient and that staff is friendly. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Ok, so I’m not so much a fan of Dairy Queen as I am of their Blizzards. But we welcomed a new DQ in Keller. I agree with another reviewer that Sonic is better priced. I’ll go one further — I think Sonic has better food, too. But hey, we got a BOGO coupon for either steak finger *OR* chicken finger baskets. The only specified requirement was that they be the same size. So we decided to drive through. Now mind you, the coupon says«or» and only limits the BOGO to being the same size. But don’t you dare ask for one of each. I’m sure the manager’s(Joselyn) head was spinning. She absolutely refused to allow one of each, even though there is no such restriction on the coupon. Even when I pressed, this kid(«manager») refused to budge. I mean why would they actually care if they were mixed?!? It is beyond comprehension that Dairy Queen has no clue about customer service or the customer experience. I guess Joselyn will be stuck slinging fast food and we’ll simply go back to Sonic. I’m so disappointed(LOL, not)!

Location was pretty fast and friendly. Granted it was later in the evening after I caught a movie at The Moviehouse but overall I had a pretty good experience. I asked for an extra cup of gravy and of course I got home and it was not there but that is not a big deal

They DO have blizzards here. They are yummy, however, they are EXTREMELY slow. I have never not been told to pull ahead and wait. And I only order mini blizzards when I go. Don’t understand why it takes them so long here.

Skip this location and go to Roanoke. This location doesn’t have blizzards, they have spring storms — slushy blizzards. And the obnoxious teenagers working there are horrible. Don’t stop at this Texas stop sign!

We have eaten at DQ’s for at least 45 years, and this must be one of the most poorly managed of the lot. My wife and I were so excited to have our favorite ice cream and chicken right at home, but in reality, we have only been disappointed each time. The wait time is a;ways long and the last time they forgot about our order and we waited in the parking lot for twenty minutes before finding out they didn’t even remember we were waiting. In addition they have messed up four of the last five blizzards and it is clear that no one talks to the one making orders and the window person always claims to not know even who made the order. In addition, they always have the worse toast. Every other DQ has delicious Texas toast and here we get tough smashed loaf bread slices. I do hope they improve, but it is going to take an engaged management that improves the communication and attention to customer service. And please: When someone orders hot food and ice cream, don’t make the ice cream until the hot food is ready. It gets really old getting a cup of cool milk instead of a nice blizzard. Lastly, the last two blizzards were only flavored on the top 1⁄3 of the cup with the rest only vanilla ice cream with nothing else.

This place is horrible. 1. Everyone I use the drive thru I am asked to pull up? Is that a real thing these days? 2. My order is wrong 85% of the time and I have to go inside and have them fix it. 3. They mess my order 85% of the time… OWNERS!!! Fix this, your order time is not the time that I place the order and pay. it’s the amount of time it takes your employees to get my did to my car and that has seemed to be close to 10 – 15 minutes on average.

The food was disappointing for the extremely expensive for fast food price of $ 61. We ordered 2 steak finger combos, 2 burgers, and a chicken fingers combo. The steak fingers were not flavorful at all and the fries tasted like cafeteria food. The burgers were no better. The drinks were flat and lacked any taste at all. I felt like I was eating at Costco. Will not be eating at DQ ever again. Whataburger for life.

We wanted a sweet finish after dinner at Tres Casas, so decided to give the new DQ a try, for ice cream only. It was A-OK. We both got vanilla cones, with a dunk in the chocolate coating. I got a medium, but the small size(that Thuy got) would have been perfect, as it was a generous serving. The seating area was surprisingly clean and modern, not at like the DQ’s of yesteryear. My only complaint was that cherry was not an option for the cone dipping. When did that change? If I ever get a fierce fast food craving, I will likely give DQ another try. Oh, and they have ice cream cakes ready to go!

OK… I know that DQ is a Texas tradition… and yes, a welcome addition to the Keller community, So I guess I am about to step on a few toes… but here goes… After my first drive thru for a quick snack of a small sunday today I felt ripped off… enough to take a pic and write a review!!! Check out the pic… their small sunday, with a few dribs of hot fudge and carmel. no topping, no cherry, no nuts… how much did this bad boy cost me…$ 2.74 before tax!!! LOL… are you kidding!!! Went by Sonic, and the same Sunday(actually more ice cream, hot fudge, toppings, and a cherry) was $ 2.15…In fact, I often tell the Sonic folks to not fill it too the top as I have had them dripping over the edge with so much hot fudge and ice cream!!! And a mini Turtle at Freddys down the street(ice cream, hot fudge, carmel, toasted pecans, whipped cream, and a cherry) is $ 3.29, a whopping 55 cents more than this gem I got served at DQ. Sorry DQ… when someone feels this taken over a $ 3 sunday(with tax) I think you have a significant disconnect between product quality and price. And I will take my fast food sunday dollars elsewhere!!!

This place is epic… only down side is that it’s too close to my house. How am I suppose to be disciplined enough to say no to a butter finger blizzard!

How many Dairy Queen employees does it take to correctly add a coupon to a purchase? Three. Haha That being said, I wouldn’t dock this place, especially because the employees are so new. The food was pretty good, you can’t beat a buy one, get one country basket. I went back to order blizzards and they gave me the wrong sizes, even after I repeated myself three times. I’m in the hospitality business, so I’m pretty patient when it comes to this kinda thing, but it would be nice if the employees paid a little more attention to the guests and ended the chit chat when guests are waiting. That is what I’m docking a star for. Guests come first, so at least act interested in us.

I can not tell you how happy my family and I are about the new DQ in town! Yay! It’s super nice inside and come on they never disappoint! We are suckers for the Blizzards!!! I personally love the Oreo and Butterfingers! They also serve a new item called jallitos that are jalepeno fries. Super tasty! This couldn’t be a better addition to the city esp in the winter when we all crave ice cream more than ever! Go try it! Best ice cream in Keller hands down! DQ
