Worst sonic I have ever been to. The person in the drive thru taking my order kept talking over me while I was trying to order so she kept getting my order wrong. Once I got my meal it was just thrown together. The only reason that I gave this 2 stars instead of one, was because the girl at the window was polite.

Got charged for onions, got no onions. Asked for sauces said it was already in bag but it wasn’t and the hot dog was undercooked. Should I say more?

Most of the time at this Sonic they get the order correct and its a decent experience. However, the last 2 times I have gone here, the carhops have been just flat out rude to me. The first time, the carhop delivered my order and read it out so fast, I could not even understand her. Before she was even finished repeating it, she handed me the bag of food and left. She did not even ask if it was correct… just walked off.
Just today, I went to this sonic and when the carhop delivered my food, I asked for some extra sauce. She gets really annoyed and asks me «well did you ask for it when you ordered?» I said «I don’t remember it I did or not». She then rolled her eyes and left to get me 1 extra sauce. Really? It should not matter if I asked for it beforehand or not. I thought her reaction to my little request was uncalled for.
Whoever the manger is at this location should really teach these carhops some basic customer service skills.

Of all the Sonic Drive-​ins that I’ve been to, this is probably the best one yet! I’m only rating it 4 stars because it is fast food, but they’re always so nice, and they get my order right all the time!
