Jack In the Box

Probably the WORST Jack in the Box around. Orders are always wrong, cold or hard. Drinks seem a little off and the teenager employees don’t seem to care at all.seriously.the worst.

Standard normal fast food restaurant. I mostly go for the breakfast jacks. Those are yummy. Not sure what else to say. Beats McDonalds any day, but then again, that isn’t hard to do.

Why do I keep thinking it will be better here!!!
I’m writing this while I’m sitting in my car waiting in the drive through (it’s already been 25 mins!!!) I am in the middle of two cars so I can’t just leave.
EVERY time I have been here (probably 4 or 5 times) it takes FOREVER to get my food!
It seems like they are always short staffed. Either way, this is the last time I’ll be coming here for sure!!!

I do not recommend this jack in the box at all if you can drive down the street to anywhere else to avoid their crappy service. Now I know what some y’all are thinking it’s fast food of course you’re not getting five star service and I agree. But when the manager tells you you should go to another establishment if you want drinks like that just because you asked if they put shots of expresso in their iced coffee and she does so with vigorous attitude, it is unacceptable. I had the manager Alexis Garcia pretty much tell me that my drink was complicated (an ice coffee) and next time I shouldn’t bother with Jack in the Box I should go down the street to Starbucks or McDonalds but not jack in the box. So from now on that’s exactly what I’m going to do I’m going to go anywhere else but that Jack in the Box.

2 stars for the tacos, the only saving grace.
Service was terrible. Took a trip through the drive through and employee told me to expect my total at the window. I pulled up, and had to ASK for my total while he was taking my money. Then he asked me to back up, for no reason. Weird. Without asking me if I wanted sauces, he handed me my bag. I asked again for lots of hot sauce, and he said it was in the bag. I pulled over to look…2 whole packets of hot sauce for 10 tacos. I was pissed and so were my kids. I’ll drive somewhere else next time.
