I have used Kathy’s again for a Prom corsage. I really liked the lady who sat down and helped us pick out the colors to match the dress. Only complain is that they forgot some of the beads when I went to pick up the corsage, but they did fix it while I waited. They were VERY busy. I will use them again.

Ordered sympathy flowers online for family of deceased but 3 days later they still hadn’t arrived. I called store and after a time consuming search I was told oops! That order just slipped through their fingers and they could send it the following day but it would totally be all substituted flowers from the original decription. I cancelled order and will order from another local business by phone this time. I live 500 miles away and rely upon good name of FTD for serrvice.
