Value: horrible rip off
Floral arrangement: not impressed– a grocery store could’ve done better!
It’s unfortunate when a florist ruins a special occasion. Florists and their staff should realize their role can have a major impact in such a simple way.
I had a dear friends birthday sneak up on me, so I called for same day flowers to be delivered at a florist in her zip code: Keller Florist.
The woman on the phone was not friendly in the least. Either agree to a last minute order or pass it up if it’s not possible.
When I asked for pink– I was told they didn’t have much pink. What florist doesn’t have pink???
I requested $ 75 – 80 arrangement and delivery/​costs additional. They delivered an arrangement that I would guess was more $ 30-​$ 50 range. Lots of greens. Geez, thanks. And they couldn’t even bother to put a ribbon around the case?
Very disappointed. If you need flowers in Keller, TX, I would suggest you go through an alternate florist. So much for southern hospitality!

Our motto in town is «Keep it in Keller». In search of two corsages for Mothers Day, I called Keller Florist at 1:45 Thursday afternoon, based upon the positive Unilocal experiences and my desire to, indeed, «Keep it in Keller». I was curtly told they are not making any more corsages this week. OK. Guess who will never be my florist? You got it!
Fortunately, my next call was to Bowkay Designs, also in Keller, who cheerfully took my order.

Very good experience. The arrangement looked very like the advertising, delivery was prompt (called one day in advance) and it was over a week before it started to wilt. Highly recommended.

The location doesn’t look the greatest but I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful my bridal flowers turned out! I was pressed for time and picked Keller Florists out of desperation and I’m glad I did! I would definitely use them again!

They made a nice arrangement for my wife in about an hours time. Nice small run business would use again.
