I’m not a big hamburger person(unless the meat is really thin, which it isn’t here), but Chapps is really really really good! I got the jalapeño burger with a side order of cajun fries. My only complaint is that they have a sign that says all burgers are cooked medium well unless otherwise stated… and my burger seemed well done. I even called in the order and told them I wanted it medium well. But I would still come back :)

My son and I decided to eat her for lunch today, let me just say spending 20 dollars on lunch for my son and I and not being blown away sucks. No flavor and ok customer service at best. Wouldn’t recommend.

Good greasy burgers are sold here! I’m not sure why more people don’t go here; maybe it’s because they lack in signage and advertising. They have a large menu and use good beef.

Burgers are ok but I ordered one without mustard and they put a bunch on there anyway, they really don’t care about customers. Better off spending your money somewhere else.

We came to have a hamburger the hamburger was cold the fries were disgusting it looked like they were nothing but a piece of potato skins and crap I don’t recommend anybody eating here it was the worst experience ever I accidentally pushed one star, I cannot remove it. I do not believe this restaurant deserves a star.

Good for a burger joint. Nolan Ryan raises some tasty cows! I like the buns too. The onion rings are good and the chili makes a nice addition to an already good burger.

There are a handful of burger joints in Keller and I would not say this is one of the better options. I’m not a fan. The burgers are too greasy in my opinion. My husband loves them. I do like the fries. I have tried the salads which are pretty fresh but the dressing options are not that great. The shop is pretty clean and the customer service is good but I’m not going back here on a regular basis but my husband def is! So I may not be a fair critic here because I’m not much of a burger fan unless it’s In and Out. With that said my husband however is a foodie and loves Chapps. It’s a toss up but hey go try it. You may like it!:)

3.5 Stars. We like this place. It reminds me of a small hometown burger joint that I grew up with. Some people might disagree with me, but the burgers are just Ok. I prefer a thin seasoned patty over thicker burgers(you may be different). Now they do make my favorite Philly Cheese here and I love their Cajun fries. I’ve tasted quite a bit of the menu over the years and I like everything I’ve had — the burgers were just my least favorite out of all their other sandwiches. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with this place.

Been to the Starbucks many times that is right next door but never thought of eating here. So I was a first timer today. Really enjoyed the quality and value. Half pound burger on a well toasted fresh bakery style bun. Hand sliced french fries that were fresh and hot. My new go to burger place in Keller.

Great Burgers here!.. I would rather go here and eat a burger than at a restaurant any day. This place would be 5 stars if there were better drink options. When I take kids to a place I like to have a better option than high sugary drinks. You will love the burgers for sure

I don’t know if something has changed since I was last here(Feb 2012), but I had a really good burger just a couple weeks ago. It was so good, I went back last week and had another(bad, bad, bad). The meat was perfectly cooked and was juicy, but not overly greasy and it was served on a nicely toasted bun. I’m a traditionalist as far as burgers go — lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickles, and mustard. Sometimes cheddar. And the Chapps version was quite yummy. When I pick a burger up, I want it to stay together. If the bun starts falling apart, it’s a deal breaker. The Chapps bun holds together. Their fries aren’t bad and I order them without salt(the time I had them a couple years ago, they were way oversalted). I pepper them when they come out instead. I can’t eat burgers as often as I might like to, but this will be my go-to place from now on.

Expensive, but good. This is the second«Chapps Café» I’ve been to since moving here. Sort of an un-assuming front to the place — their signage isn’t as showy as the other fast-food places around, so it’s almost like you don’t think to go here unless you know what Chapps Café is all about. I had their hickory burger(just a cheeseburger with BBQ sauce), cheese fries(because I can’t resist them) and a diet Dr Pepper(the diet part counteracts that burger, surely!!!). You know, the burgers are good, but they’re bland. This hickory version had more going for it because of the BBQ sauce, which is excellent. But I’ve had that burger on it’s own before and it’s just not worth eating. It needs salt or sauce or something. The cheese fries are amazing and I love that they give you ranch dressing to dip them in. I do love ranch dressing and I see it’s more popular here than back home in Boston. Lunch was expensive. Like nearly $ 13 for all that. And, yah maybe once in awhile when I want that big need-a-nap burger, I’ll go here, but I like to pay close to half that for lunch each day, so I probably won’t be back for a while. The burgers are good, but not THAT good.

Very good half pound burgers with a variety of other offerings like philly cheese steaks and chicken sandwiches. Sides are extra, nothing comes with a burger, but you get a good sized portion. This was my favorite local burger place until Bronson’s Rock opened. I like their wood grilled flavor better but Chapps still makes an awesome burger. Also, they have several flavors of Blue Bell Ice Cream for a hand dipped desert after your big juicy burger.

Chapps offers some of the best burgers in northeast Tarrant County. Featuring a thick, juicy patty of Nolan Ryan prime ground beef, thick slice of melted cheese and fresh condiments they always please the palate. Prices are reasonable for a high-end burger. My only pet peeve: they charge extra for a wheat bun — pretty chintzy if you ask me, and it cost them a star.

Great burger featuring Nolan Ryan’s Beef. Thuy had the Baby Chapps with a side of sweet potato fries, which was just right, I was oddly craving a hot dog, so I went with the Big Dawg with chili and cheese. It was a pretty good hot dog, grilled, with a deep smoky taste. Though a little too many calories for our budget, the shakes also look awesome.

This place is sadly the best restaurant in Keller. The burgers are a little too greasy for my tastes and they don’t have a large variety of meat like some burger places do, but the prices are decent and the food is satisfying. They also offer Blue Bell ice cream that you can get from the Tom Thumb in the parking lot at a much lower price. The service is fast and it’s located in a shopping center with plenty of practical but not very interesting shops, so it’s a great place to go if you get hungry in the middle of running errands.

Chapp’s is probably the best option to eat in the Keller area. I used to come here a lot during high school, since it’s so close to KHS. The food is always good and the service is always nice. It’s nothing fancy, but burgers are juicy and the fries are delicious.

Fries are hand cut and one of my favorite of any burger place. Burger with grilled onions right up there in top 10 – 15 around. They have big selection but never venture off the standard since it’s so good. Fast casual setup is a big plus.

Chapps be some good eats. Yesterday I had a big olé fat cheeseburger loaded with all the garden stuff… yum. As this place is 5 minutes away from my parents’ house, I have probably eaten here a hundred times and never been not impressed. Try the hot dog and throw on tons of grilled onions and all the fixins. The fries are the hand cut variety with the skin still on. The buns for the burgers are soft and buttery. And they have fountain Pepsi products, hard to find at most places.
