Custom Cleaners

New employee every time I drop off clothes, not a good sign. We have been using this cleaners for a long time, but will be finding a new cleaners now. They ruined one of my husbands nice work pants with bleach stains. When we confronted them about it the owner not only had the same exact stains on his pants, but they refused to take responsibility for the damage.

I have been using this cleaners for a while and I finally have given up. The turnover by management and employees is continuous and causes disruption to their customer service. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I dropped off my husband’s pants this morning to be picked up the same evening because he is leaving on a work trip the next morning. The girl this morning was apparently new and didn’t know what to do so my pants sat there all day and never got cleaned. I made them call the owner and his response was «I’ll try» to have them done early tomorrow morning so we could grab them on the way to the airport… ummmm, no thanks. I’ll try is not good enough.

I decided to try Custom Cleaners after finding a 40% off coupon on the Custom Cleaners web site. I dropped off my order this morning, showed them the coupon, and they took it with my order. When I came to pick up my order and pay, I was informed that they would not honor the coupon they had accepted in the morning, despite the fact that the terms of the coupon clearly applied to my order. Their explanation was that they don’t give 40% off, so the coupon must be for a store down the street that also happens to be called Custom Cleaners. Strangely, no one mentioned that when I gave then the coupon this morning. The girl working the desk called the manager and explained the whole situation, but he/​she simply said that they do not give anyone 40% off. No apologies. This place may have swindled me out of a few dollars today, but they lost my business for good.
