The Cleaners of Keller

They weren’t able to do my alterations as quickly as I needed SO they DID give me the info to call directly to the people they use in order to help me with this time crunch on alterations. Very helpful and kind to help me in a tight situation!

I was new to the area and needed quite a few work clothes dry cleaned. I checked out Unilocal and saw the cleaners of keller. I dropped my things off and they were ready in less than a day. I’ve dropped off my clothes a few times now and they are always perfectly done and the cleaners always have them ready before the quotes time. Will continue to use them even if I move from the area.

I’m trying a Valpak coupon. We’ll see how it goes.
This started out as a very solid four stars, but then one of those great customer service moments happened that is definitely worthy of another star.
I picked up our clothes today and what a great experience (though I have not unpacked the items yet, so I assume they are fine). I started by asking if the coupon was applied, and it was, for a savings of about $ 8.
The person I talked to was very helpful, and even gave me another coupon for my next visit. As I left another person came out to tell me that they double-​checked my order and the coupon was not applied to all items. A credit has been added to my account and will be applied next time. Pretty cool I think to myself.
Turns out that it was John, the owner, that came out to inform me of the coupon oversight and it was his wife, Cheryl, that did the double-​checking.
So besides great customer service this cleaners has a few other good things going for it. 1) It’s conveniently located on 1709 and is easy to get in and out of IF you are heading west, 2) They have a drive-​thru, 3) They have an after hours drop box (just be sure your contact info is on the bag).
