Arrived at 12:30 pm. Didn’t walk out until 2:00. Only one other patient in the place!!! Nurse was flippant and sing songy. THEN didn’t even see a dr. but a nurse practitioner. After being seen then waited about 20 minutes for her to call in the prescription. THEN waited another 15 minutes for the receptionist to print a school note. I don’t know what’s happened to this place but I have been there many times and didn’t have any issues. I will never go there again. RIDICULOUS

As an update, the same night that this urgent care center made it impossible for me to be seen by a doctor, I went to another facility, where they had no issues with my condition (or the fact this it resulted from a car accident). I was diagnosed with a condition that needed immediate treatment, which they provided – and referred to a specialist for so I could receive continued care.

Stopped here because our daughter had a raised, infected bump on her stomach. Just wanted to get it checked out. We have good insurance, but they have changed to a different billing category. Apparently there is only one person on staff on a Saturday morning. There was no one here when we got here and it’s been 45 min and we are still waiting out front.
