We have visited here twice; once when my husband had the flu, the other this past Tuesday again for my husband suspecting a bad gall bladder.(We were right.) Each time the care was perfect. No waiting to be seen, rooms were roomy and clean, every doctor and nurse pleasant and efficient. It’s so convenient to have xray, sono, labs, etc available there at the facility. He was in, tested, and sent for a direct admittance to the hospital in a matter of a few hours. Very impressed!

Woke up Monday morning with a wicked chest cough, no symptoms days before. Thought it was just allergies. I medicated Tuesday and Wednesday with only worsening pain in my throat and ears. Decided to go to an Urgent Care place. Legacy did not disappoint! I was back in less than 5 mins, almost as if they were waiting for me.(I could have checked in in online) Met with Dr. Jackson and he is very nice. I am an asthmatic so a diagnosis of Bronchitis is not new to me. I was diagnosed and out the door with prescriptions in hand in under 20 mins! Nurse Kaitlyn, Techs Matt and James and of course Dr. Jackson were so nice and friendly. I will definitely endorse this business. Customer service is paramount and Legacy rocked it! Thanks for making me feel better and get back to work!

I came here twice on the same day for stomach issues. The first time, I was given an IV and told I had the stomach flu(though I wasn’t throwing up and my symptoms were not consistent). The doctor prescribed anti-nausea meds(even though I wasn’t nauseous) and pain meds, and sent me home. The daytime nurses and lab tech were FABULOUS — so comforting and helpful! I came back in when I was having another attack, was given another IV, and this time told it must be something intestinal. I was given a CT Scan, at my request. This time it was a different doctor, who gave me a good amount of pain medication and sent me on my way. Told me that’s all they can do and if I have another attack, I needed to go to a hospital. The nighttime nurse was abrasive and short, though she had just gotten on duty(I was there for shift change). I had two pretty different experiences, on the same day, for the same issue, so my experience is a little divided.
