Went this weekend to Richmond Park food was great Dan the owner was great to us as always

Came here with a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago, great location! The restaurant extends out over Clear Lake on the soda bay side. The bar is nice with views of the lake, and a great beer selection as well. I had the Reuben sandwich which was absolutely delicious. I got the macaroni salad as a side, it was just okay. Next time I’ll get the fries, I tried them and they were good. I think I’d just come back on the deck and drink some beers, this really is a hidden gem!

This place is dirty, terrible service, and waited way too long to be served a cold burger.

Great view of the lake with some ok fried food that takes a while to make. The bartenders smoke cigarettes out on the patio and come back in and smell like a ashtray when making your drink. The cooks talk about smoking pot after work while there drinking at the bar after there off. Dinner always closes early never have a set time on closing so sometimes you get there at 715 and there’s dinner and sometimes you get there at 715 and there closed for dinner! Bartenders talk about how the owners are going through a divorce like it’s everyone’s at the bars business? Should you really be saying this while your at work? Wish the bartenders would wait till after work or break to smoke instead of on the job while I’m waiting to get my next drink!

Waited for two hours for our food. We were told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait, which we were ok with. However, when the people that ordered after is received their food before us, I got a little upset. I told the lady at the counter who took our order, she ask the cook and the cook said «that’s not possible.» Well I’m here to tell ya… it is and it was. The order taking lady (big-​boned blonde girl) was kinda rude and seemed like she really didn’t want to be there.
While we were waiting, we watched several parties drink heavily, be loud and obnoxious and proceed to get in their boats and drive off.
This could be a nice place to eat lunch, however the staff needs to be trained on customer service and how to be polite. The food is decent (for Lake County standards), but not worth a two hour wait… especially when they weren’t that busy.
We have a house in the Riviera that we go to on the weekends. Lake County proprietors get plenty of our money every weekend. If this place wants to continue, they better sharpen up their attitude and remove the signs where you order that say «our food is not fast food,» «you may need to wait a while,» etc. Customers don’t really need to read this prior to ordering… it puts a bad taste in their mouths (pun intended). A simple statement from the cashier will suffice.

We love this place! Beautiful view of the lake and though the food isn’t anything fancy, it’s always good. Great service and always clean. So much fun to bring our boat during the summer months.

We absolutely love Richmond Park! There customer service is awesome! There food and drinks are the best, the whole experience is just alot of fun! When you leave you feel so happy! Just wish they had pet friendly day’s at least a couple of days per week maybe during the week? I know the weekend is always packed. Well behaved dog’s can bring alot of pleasure! Anyway go Richmond Park !!!

We are always treated great by Dan Ashley etc. Never have had a bad experience there so when I see people giving a negative review about the service makes me wonder about the people writing the negative review We love Richmond Park

I have been coming to Richmond since I turned 21. It use to be great service, great burgers and a decent beer selection.
Sadly now I will never return after my LAST visit a couple weeks ago. Service was so awful from both the restaurant and the bar. My burger was so pink «after I asked for well done» it was literally against the law in California to serve it. I’m not a pink meat kind of person so that made me loose my appetite. Then the BEER. I have been a beer guy since I was 15. The beer was not cold at all, which a good IPA has to be cold. The beer was very flat for a lagunitas.
Lastly the thing that made me the most PISSED off was the service. This is a go up and order your burger kind of place, get a buzzer that goes off and you go and get your food. That is unless your a under cover crooked cop who gets served everything he desires out on the deck. That includes the 7 beers I seen him drink and he was there before me. Then he got in his fancy full sized dodge and drove off. I have seen this officers name on the log for busting people for DUI.
The one good thing about this place. It’s on the lake. But don’t get to excited because it does stink and it’s not clear. ENJOY

I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and let me tell you it’s a great place in lake county to come to have lunch or dinner on the lake. They have arcade games for the kids and pool tables for everyone. The lake view is amazing and it’s owned and ran by a wonderful family. Oh and did I mention they have free wifi too. Again if you looking for a place to eat on the lake this is your spot. Have a wonderful day.

best hamburgers on the lake and that also goes for their bloody Mary’s. we sat out on the deck which is right over the lake and listened to some great music. our food was ready quickly and the staff was nice. this will be a must stop when at Clearlake.

The atmosphere was fun and upbeat. The menu was excellent. We had a fantastic charbroiled chicken pineapple sandwich which was amazing. The view of the lake was beautiful. We will definitely be back again.

They have good burgers but not the hugest variety. If they had a wider variety of food I would have given 5 stars. Oh and something odd did happen. We asked the cashier if we could have someone cut our cheeseburger in half and she said no, that we have to ourselves. The cook over heard and just came over and cut it. We just assumed they were having a little family feud in the kitchen. I have been coming here for a few years and know the owners. They are family operated.
Their live music is always solid and engages the patrons with their choice of songs. For example, the lake sheriff docked for lunch and the band immediately started playing Bob Marley’s «I shot the Sheriff». He was a good sport about it and we were all laughing.
The bartenders are attentive and make very good drinks. They have a decorated, large outdoor seating area.
They have a few video games and two pool tables inside. It makes it fun for adults and kids. The bar inside has plenty of seating
and table seating as well.
This bar is lakeside and they offer gas for your boats. The gas is a little more expensive than normal but you would expect that for the convenience it offers.

Great food Great music on weekends. Great people that own it. Great view and boating

Great place on Clear Lake. Good music and food Burgers are the best around. Always a good crowd.

Good bar and grill. Burgers are delicious and the fries are perfect. Good staff as well. Thanks guys, have never had a sub-​par meal here. Decent selection of draft beer as well.

What Dan and Donna have done to Richmond Park Bar & Grill is mind blowing! They have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into making their business family friendly and the atmosphere that they’ve created is spectacular! I recently travled to California to celebrate Halloween there with old family and friends, and it was the BEST party EVER! I will be posting pixs to Unilocal, so look for them. And no visit EVER goes without having a Richmond Park Burger, finger licking good to the last bite:)

This place has an spectacular view of the lake, you can arrive by boat or car, it has a full bar and the food is good, the bartenders are very nice and the staff that work in the kitchen Ryan makes a real good onion rings.

My family and I came to the Lake for a weekend of relaxing and enjoying nature and it has been awesome! Today we boated over to Richmond Park Grill because we were meeting friends for lunch. This place is pretty cool because you park your boat/​jetski and walk up the ramp to the restaurant deck. We arrived before our friends and grabbed a table on the covered patio overlooking the lake. We checked out the menu, standard bar fair but some unique options. My wife went with a salad and kids chose burgers. I figured I’d give the fish and chips a try and it was pretty good. They were flaky and tasty not greasy. We rocked the Taquitos as an appetizer, spicy and cold sour cream to dip in with salsa.
We ended up hanging out with our friends for several hours enjoying the view, and live music (dude with a guitar and amp). Really enjoyed it. We will be back next time we come up to Clearlake.

One of the BEST restaurants in Lake County! The owners have really done a wonderful job with keeping this place looking so NICE!!! Food is good also!!!
