*These guys are great, no BS they take care of business and I always feel like they did all the little things
*Prompt and quick service, bummer they are still in the «war zone» on 522 there but I imagine the construction «should» be done soon
*It is really really hard to find a good shop for your car, glad I found them

I took my car to Kenmore Automotive due to some noises with the suspension and brakes. I made an appointment online. David call me the same day and recommended replacing shocks and struts. He advice me that rattling with the brakes was not a major concern and we can deal with it when it was time to replace the brake pads. There was no safety issue with the rattling of the brakes. The car runs very smooth now. Kenmore Automotive is very honest and reliable. They are always busy (that means they are good at what they do).
Will definitely take my car again!!!

Professional, friendly, and fast. They fixed my Tahoe water pump in a few hours and didn’t charge me for the diagnosis like other shops.

This is the best shop I have ever been to… And working in the rental car industry, I have known A LOT! David is honest, fair and quick. With a full lot already when I brought mine in (unannounced, with no appointment), he still had my car out within 2 days. His communication was amazing and his team was efficient. David did all the leg work for my warranty work to help save me money. It’s nice to have a reliable, fair, honest and professional shop close by that I feel comfortable going to.

As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars but has plenty of mechanical issues there is no greater relief than finding a mechanic you can trust to be honest about what’s wrong. I’ve been to several mechanics in the past and never felt near as good about the work being done on my car as I have here. I’ve also never had such reasonably priced repairs, probably a product of only fixing what’s broken!

Had a good experience. Needed an oil change and they gave me new wipers (I know I could have gotten them from anywhere and installed myself) but they were $ 10 + tax.
It’s right by Jack in the box if you get hungry.
Inside, the place has seating for just a couple of people, so I’m sure they are used to drop offs perhaps.
Labor was cheaper than parts which was interesteing.

I’ve been going here for years. Dave and his right hand man Spencer take great care of customers. It’s great having a mechanic you can trust, and even better having one so close to home. I would go out of my way to bring my car here but fortunately I don’t have to. They’ve worked on many cars for us. They stand behind their work which is appreciated. Once a belt on one of our older cars that they had replaced came loose and broke. They fixed it immediately for free.
They work hard to get our cars in as soon as possible and always let us know what to expect price-​wise.

Brought my 98 Honda CRV manual in.
It was a necessary repair, Im a single car household and they fit me in same day;
Car runs great now;
Most importantly — David was very fair; he was honest about car and didn’t oversell or suggest add’l work;
They finished the car on time as promised; and even dropped me off at my home and offered to come get me when car completed. It was quoted price. No add’l or surprise costs. This unfortunately is a a rarity but confirmed that I had found a good and honest mechanic. Very happy.

I’ve been taking my cars here for service and repair since I moved to the area back in 2005. They’ve kept my 94 Infiniti G20 running smoothly to this day and it’s now pushing 220k miles. They’ve replaced and repaired all sorts of things on my G20 including the brakes, the fan blower, sensors, engine mounts, the alternator, the starter, and probably even more that I’m forgetting.
In addition to the quality repairs, I’ve never felt like I’ve been taking advantage of and they are never pushy. If it’s not necessary, it’s not done. If it’s a safety hazard, they fit you in to their very busy schedule ASAP. I’ve also done research in to pricing on many of the repairs done on my vehicle and the pricing is always within the range for the cost of repair and never over.
David and Spencer run this place very smoothly and I’m just glad that I can say I have a mechanic shop that I can trust.

Brought my car in to have my alternator replaced. Easy shop to work with, car was done earlier than expected and returned to me very clean. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and would definitely recommend.

Fast service and reasonable pricing.
Very honest, I’ve been going to kenmore automotive since they replaced my radiater. When progressive let me down and tried to replace my radiater with a used one, kenmore automotive fought on my behalf and had them replace the radiater with a brand new one, by the way, this was a replacement radiater for the leaking radiater prograssive just replaced. If it wasn’t for kenmore automotive I would have gone through two used radiaters in less then a year!
