This place no longer exists, as the mall strip where it was, is now a vacant lot. I give it an honorary 5 stars in memoriam :(

This place is not like a regular normal snoball stand that I am used to. This place is amazing. How can you not have a seat and enjoy the view and tv in an enclosed space? The flavors are like too many. Literally the owners did an amazing job with ju st about any type of cracking you can think of. I had a small toasted marshmallow and wedding cake sno ball. So dawg gone GOOD!!! I also ordered 3 hot dogs. Let me just say the price is so affordable. And the quantities are very fulfilling with the sno balls. My small sno ball cost me no more than $ 1.50. Very affordable! !!! Kenner sno balls are a bit different than some new orleans stands in comparison with the texture of the ice. But the price swap is so awesome that I am cool to try the alternative. The hot dogs were pretty regular and went well just sitting around eating a sno ball and eating a some hot dogs!!! I enjoyed the environment and the guy there that was working was sweet. He even let me sample my sno ball flavor and I was so impressed! !! I will be back again!!!

WHAT?! I thought I reviewed this place already. My favorite snoball place. The owners are husband/wife and are super duper friendly. They have plenty of flavors and they allow you to sample as many as you’d like before you make your decision. We have a snoball stand right down the street from my office but will make the 10 minute drive to Bubbie’s because it’s just that good! My favorite flavor is the mudslide and white russian half/half. YUM. Seriously, give Bubbie’s a shot.

I apparently died and woke up in sno-ball heaven! This place is out of this worldly delicious!!! What separates them? Here’s the scoop. I left the 5th largest storm in Chi– town history. 19+ inches of snow and daily sightings of cars stuck in snow or swerving in an attempt to navigate the mess. That said, I should cringe at the sight of the mere resemblance of snow or anything with the name snow in it, at least for the next few weeks. Well, Bubbie’s is the exception. I would eat the sno-ball during a storm with joy down in my heart. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we circled back there for a second dose in the same day. And guess what??? We were not alone. We ran across another patron who was present during our visit earlier and when we made eye contract, we both laughed. Bubbie’s has a nice variety of treats. Bubble tea, sno-balls, milkshakes, soft serve ice cream, root beer floats, lemonade, nachos, hot dogs and quite a few Blue Bell ice cream offerings. It is not your typical sno-ball spot because the storefront is inside of a strip mall and there’s a decent amount of seating. The staff members(husband and wife) are passionate about their craft and will allow you to sample a flavor if you are having trouble deciding on an item. Banana Fosters Sno-ball(5 stars) $ 4 — 16oz ** offered Thurs — Sun Cream flavored Strawberry Cheesecake sno– ball stuffed with vanilla soft serve ice cream(4 stars) $ 2.75 approx — 16 oz Eggnog Milkshake, seriously good enough to bring all the boys to the yard!(5 stars) $ 4 — 16 oz Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake **** my favorite of the pack(5 stars) $ 4 — 16 oz Dulce de Leche sno-ball(4 stars) $ 1.85 — 16 oz At the rate we are going, our punch card will be filled VERY soon! And I suspect if you swing in, you will be hooked too! It is just that good!

This place is like a dream come true a old fashioned snowball stand, American owned and operated, owners are very friendly, inside seating with ac, music, 1.00 hot dogs that are the best I have ever eaten, homemade cupcakes for 50cents, great nachos, awesome bubble teas and they now have bluebell ice cream. The place is always clean and the bathroom as well, give it a try you won, t be disappointed I promise! They have a large flavor selection of snowballs including sugar free and there is a small table in there for the kiddies!

Bubbie’s has quality snoballs, ice cream, and yogurt. Lots of snoball flavors. Everything is really inexpensive. Nice owners. Never crowded. Seating is not kid-friendly as they only have high-seating tables and stools. Hot dogs for $ 1 are also available as well as nachos. Good place for a frozen treat!

The bf and I are frequent visitors. The soft serve chocolate ice cream is always my best bet while he goes for a Large(which seems like an extra large to me) snoball. He only likes to go here because they have his favorite flavor, orange. The staff is really sweet everytime we go in there.

I was in the mood for some ice cream on 8−5−11 so I decided to give this place a try. The lady working was very friendly and nice; this is always a plus. I ordered the strawberry sunday. I must admit this was pretty good. The strawberries used were very good. The soft serve was very good. Next time I’m in the area I will stop in again.

This place is a-ok. When I went there was a lady there who was SUPER nice and helpful. They have soft serve yogurt, bubble teas, and sno-balls. We got sno-balls and some soft serve yogurt. She put sprinkles on the ice cream for the little ones and even let us sample a sno-ball flavor. I couldn’t believe a sno-ball place let you sample a flavor! It was nice. The soft serve was, well soft serve. It was good but isn’t it all prepackaged? I would think its hard to get bad soft serve but maybe I am wrong. They have chocolate and vanilla flavors. The sno-ball ice was less crunchy than nearby Sunny’s but not as «snowy» as a Pandora’s(to give you an example). They have a good flavor selection also. The only complaint I would say is that they have inside seating, however it is all high tables and stools. While super nice and trendy, the décor is more fitting for adults. I would think most people come in with children and it just didn’t make sense. You can’t possibly feel safe letting a small child sit on those high seats. I would return, but only to take out until the inside seating changes.
