This McDonalds is poorly managed from a customer service point of view. I’ve tried to give them a chance on various days and nights only to experience long wait times and indifferent employees working there. If you live in Kenner, I suggest driving to the McDonalds on West Esplanade near the mall. Smiling faces with a thank you 80 percent of the time. That’s saying a lot for a fast food restaurant.

This McDonalds is ridiculously slow all the damn time. The staff is rude and disrespectful. These people need training. When I ran my coffee shop if people were waiting over 90 seconds total their order was free. When you ask what the hold up was they look at you like you have 6 heads. Total time in the drive through is 15 minutes now. And a total of 5 cars have pulled out.

Quick. In & out. Stick & move. This is one of few 24hr McDonalds in the area since Hurricane Katrina. Located on the forever busy Loyola Avenue, you can dart right in & right out, of the inside. The drive thru is very different. Despite having the dual ordering lanes, theres ALWAYS a wait. Oddly enough, most times I don’t mind the wait because the food is usually pretty good ie fries burgers etc. So, when in the area I will stop in at this McDonalds, slow drive thru and all.

Decided to eat here because everything in downtown Kenner was closed! I had a salad which was good. The ladies working here were super warm and nice. The black coffee was very watery and I asked them if I can have another cup. The second one was still watery yet it wasn’t as bad as the first.
