I must begin by saying, I will be cursing in an ill manor – this place is no longer what once was.
Management is shit, they closed 2 hours early!!! For no reason. I paid and order over the app, I choose to pick up inside and they couldn’t even hand me the food. Rather than making me wait an hour in the drive-thru…how ignorant. My food most likely will end up soggy as I told the app I was here awhile ago!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!

By far this is the worst Taco Bell I have been too. The people that work there, definitely lack in customer service!!! My husband and I waited in line for about 15 minutes, finally it was our turn, and the girl told us they ran out of meat. I couldn’t believe it when she said it. There was at least six cars behind me. Um hello… if you ran out of meat, it wouldn’t have killed them to let us know in the drive thru. Anyway the ignorant little girl started giving me attitude, so of course I’m going to give it right back. She had the nerve to stick her head out the window and yell at me then to top it off she got one of her co workers to fill up a cup. The bitch threw it at my car. I will never go there again! I know I will end up in jail. Worst ignorant ass employees and Taco Bell ever. Not once have they gotten my order right to top it off.

Back when I used to live in Kenner, I took for granted how friendly and competent the staff was. Always friendly and almost never messed up my order. Sometimes they’d take a little longer than usual to make my order but it was okay because they’d offer me a free drink or snack while I waited.
The Taco Bell I go to in metairie is the worst!

I used to love this location. Everything was always the way it was supposed to be; quick, tasty, and accurate.
Not anymore. We ordered 3 items plus a drink and it took more than 10 minutes. I fell asleep on the table waiting.
When we finally got the food, we only had 2 items. So 1⁄3 of the order was missing.
My husband tried to get the attention of the people working at the counter, and he was ignored. Blatantly ignored.
He stood patiently, then waved, then finally had to shout, after being ignored in an empty restaurant for 3 full minutes.
When he explained that part of the order was missing they were dismissive and asked rudely if he went through the drive through. He explained no, that his order was in plain view on our table.
They located the missing item and plopped it down on the counter in front of him. The blatant rudeness coupled with the incompetence deserves one star. It is only for the previously good service that they get 2.

I rate chain restaurants based on the particular location not the whole chain in general.
This location does a really good job. taco shells are always fresh. food comes quick. and is always right. this cant be said about all taco bells in new orleans. the kenner location is my fav
