It’s been a nightmare here lately. I found mold/mildew in my bedroom closet a few months ago, unfortunately. I lost several pairs of good shoes and a canvas bag. They fixed the sheetrock, replaced the padding but refuse to replace the carpet in my closet. I don’t think this is a lot to ask for. I’ve also been sick since the mildew/mold and can’t shake off this whooping cough that I have. Also, I was without water for over 24 hours about a month and a half ago which is unacceptable to me.

I been living here since March 2013, it’s a nice quiet little place right in front of the treasure chest casino. Just recently in June 2013 their was a shooting and the man was dead on scene. I called management to get a little insight and they refused to answer my questions. Now this place dead no one comes out side anymore when I go outside at night to watch my dog I feel eyes watching me and I can’t see nothing. If you have kids or value safety rethink it here. They have drug affiliations that no one is saying. One night some guy walked up to me and ask if I wanted to buy drugs. Who does stuff like that? Very unhappy tenant

i live here at these apartments sadly and have had several complaints unanswered by management, tonight is a night where i find it to be an hazardly situation where my entire apartment smells like paint thinner. Maybe some construction was being done either below or above me and some was spilled but i called the emergency service and apparently it wasn’t listed as a gaseous fume that was combustible so it had to wait til morning time, i told the lady«that’s if we live til morning time.» she chuckled a little bit but her hands were tied she said. sooo, if you want to live in a place where noxious fumes and ghetto people are plentiful, by all means. choose sugar mill west for all of your housing needs
