This place is ridiculous!!! in a great way that is
I had called around town looking for a cheap part for my mower. Most places didn’t carry it. After getting the shaft from Joe’s crappy lawnmower shop (never go there), i called The Lawnmower Man. He suggested Vaughn’s. I wouldn’t have thought about this place because its all the way in Kenner (the worst part about the place)
I called Vaughns and spoke to Courtney. She was friggin awesome. She took my model number, looked up the part, said it was in stock. I asked for the part number so when I came there, it would easier to find.
She said «Just tell me your name and I’ll hold it for you.»
Was that anything extremely above and beyond, not really, but definitely the definiton of customer satisfaction.
I went, picked up the part without and problems whatsoever, and I was gone in 30 seconds.
Thank you Courtney, you and Vaughns are the best.
