Baskin-Robbins

I was really looking to give this place a good review since the previous one was anything but that. When I pulled up in drive-​thru, I made my order and they told me to pull around. When I did, I sat at the window for several minutes. I sat and watched as one worker played on his smart phone. When someone finally came to the window for payment, they asked what size cappuccino blast I ordered. I explained that I didn’t order a blast at all, then proceeded to repeat my 2-​item order again. I was then asked to pull around and waited for 5 more minutes. I will say, the man who actually brought our shakes out to us (I think his name was Amid) smiled, was kind, & thanked us for waiting. But that positive moment was brief as we tasted our milkshakes that were no thicker than flavored milk. It was a waste of time, not to mention a waste of over $ 11, and we will not be returning to this location.

My husband and I went here last night the service was terrible and so was the ice cream. My husband got a vanilla malt and it was the worst we have ever had. I got a vanilla soft serve cone. The soft serve was very liquidity and tasted off my cake cone was also stale. The girl serving us did not wear gloves and seemed like she totally did not give a crap she was also the only employee in sight. This store also has a drive though which as was also running and disappeared after only taking my order. It was very odd. We ended up driving down the road to a seasonal icecream place and spent another 7 dollars but got what we wanted.
