I decided to pick up lunch from here today and was severely disappointed. I ordered online and expected my meal to be ready at the time the email said… which gave them 16 minutes to pack it. Well when I arrived at the time given… they had not even started my ordered. There was no line… not many people there… and my order was printed and the slip of paper sitting there. On top of that, I had to wait about 10 additional minutes because they didn’t bother looking at the order and preparing the black pepper chicken… On top of the long and unwarranted wait… the food was bland and flavorless. I guess I should have expected that from a fast food Chinese place, but I really expected the fried rice to taste different from white rice… the black pepper chicken was just blanched chicken with peppers and celery. I won’t be returning.

My boyfriend and I came in 30 mins before they close on a Friday night. I’m 3 weeks pregnant and out of nowhere had a very strong craving for their shrimp. When we came in they were all out. The staff is young and it’s a Friday night, I know they wanted to go home earlier so I’m sure they weren’t too thrilled when we asked them to make a whole new thing of it, but they did and were very polite. That was about 3 weeks ago. Last night I came in again half hour before closing. Same thing, pretty much out of the shrimp,(I guess I’m not the only one that loves them, I’m sure it’s one of their most popular items), as soon as I walked in they recognized me without me even saying anything. And they remembered that it’s the shrimp I come for, so they immediately turned to the kitchen staff and asked for another order instead of telling me to order something else

I frequently come here for meals between my classes because they’re affordable and offer a KSU student discount if you ask. I wrote a review a while back about their steamed vegetables being wilted. I feel like they took this into consideration because ever since my review the steamed vegetables have always been super fresh. The staff is always friendly as well!

I’ve been here a few times in the past and have never had a problem. Today I went in at 4:30 at a slow time and ordered steak and broccoli, and was told it was a 5 minute wait. 25 minutes later I am still waiting. I don’t know how it’s possible to take 25 minutes when there is no one in the restaurant. Asked to get my money back, and they said it would be 5 business days before it gets back on my card, which is absurd. So now I’ll bring a money order next time to pay for my food so it’ll take them 5 days to get their money haha! Just kidding on the last part

I came in on a week day and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the food was bad. The fried rice was bland and my checked tasted like it old but it wasn’t. My mom ordered food to order and it was just as bland. I Don’t blame the staff at all. They were beyond nice and professional. The location is great and the building was clean. I only rate it a three star because the people were so great. The chain as a whole is falling off and needs to update their menu.

Came in late right where they were about to close and instead of telling us there is no more of something they made the food fresh. What great customer service.

Great for catering! I feed 45 – 50 people every Saturday. Their prices are great and there’s never any food left.

one of my co-workers loooove panda express and i have never eaten at a panda express before this. The food is ok and typical of Chinese restaurants. Not much to say about it, nothing special, but will satisfy a Chinese food craving.

Panda express is cheap(Americanized) Chinese fast food. The service here is good. This place is always pretty busy but you never have to wait long get your food. Panda express does a good(depends how you look at it) job of posting calories of all their menu items. Which is great if you are trying to eat healthier but not so much if you don’t want to feel guilty.

This place is like any other panda express. It had all the same foods. It is just more convenient for me since I go to Kennesaw State and this place is just a few miles away! It is fast, and not many people are crowding this place so its really nice. However the parking is a bitch. Otherwise I think it is super fresh and its not expensive much. And if your a student at Kennesaw you will get a discount!

Used to come here a lot. They have now changed the fried rice and it sucks. And last time I went I got terrible food poisoning. So to say I won’t ever come back is an understatement.

Great food fresh. Orange chicken was great. I normally get two scoops orange chicken with fried rice and have them throw some teriyaki sauce over the rice.

3.5 stars. You can always count on Panda for tasty, Americanized, corporate, Asian food. This location is no exception, tucked away at the end of a Chastain strip center, just down from Dunkin Donuts. One side and two entrees are enough for lunch and a big dinner, too.

Very disappointing visit to this Panda location. I went around 6 pm on a Tuesday and it was empty. I went up to the counter to order. I usually get half veggies as a side but they looked dry, old, and pitiful, so I skipped. I got orange chicken and Beijing beef. Both were dry and old and the orange chicken did not have nearly enough sauce. Please Panda, do not serve customers old food. If it’s been sitting, toss it, or at least mix in fresh with it! I was so jealous of the rush that came in right behind me that all got fresh food.

Ed says below: Health score = 100. And it is still 100. Yeah, it’s not haute cuisine, but I like their food. Not too salty, not too fatty, not too anything I don’t want. Black pepper chicken is probably my favorite but they have plenty of of other choices that work for me.

I ended up in Panda Express out of desperation on a stressful work day, and have since become a regular thanks to their fast, consistently fresh food. The side of town that I work on is seriously lacking in the legit Asian food department(Buford Highway still beckons), so I decided to settle on an Americanized version to satisfy my cravings. I was shocked to see… wait for it… Asian folks, both cooking and working in this restaurant. Don’t take that the wrong way, it’s just that I was expecting a bunch of 16 year old white kids like every other restaurant in this area. For whatever reason, I had incorrectly assumed that Panda Express was going to be like Asian McDonalds(wrong). They have many options that include veggies and different meats, along with either rice or noodles. I am a big fan of their fried rice, but I caution you not to look at the calorie info if the word«diet» is in your recent vocabulary. Worth every calorie.

My children love this place. Food is good… little salty. Great prices. It’s very clean and staff is courteous. would recommend for a change from traditional fast food. It’s quick and yummy. Reminds me of the Chinese in the mall only better.

I love Panda Express. The food is always fresh and you get so much for a low price. I love the Orange Chicken and fried rise the best but the sesame chicken is good too. Def wish they had more locations around Atlanta but give it a try i think you will all really like them.
