I had the worst experience possible. I am a woman who prides herself with nice thick eyebrows. I have been coming to this location for five years. I went in today for the usual eye brow threading procedure. When the technician handed the mirror over to me I burst into tears. My left eyebrow was left incredibly thin and lopsided. My right eye brow was much more thick and evenly shaped. My eyebrows look absolutely ridiculous and awful. The technician obviously needs more training since I went in needing a clean up not a full removal of an eyebrow. I now have to fill my eyebrows in until my ONE eyebrows grows back. Worst experience I have ever had in a salon.
Save your eyebrows from a catastrophe and go else where to get your eyebrows done

I couldn’t remember why I stopped getting my eyebrows threaded until I left today. I like my brows pretty thick and clean and when I left they were thin and un-even. I looked at them and I told the lady that the right eyebrow was really thin and she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have any hair there… Funny I had hair there when I came. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is really picky and has nice full eyebrows. All the women that came in had thin skinny eyebrows and that should have been a sign for me.

God bless the Unilocaler that gave this horrid place two whole stars! I went here for a simple eyebrow threading, which I assumed could be done since it is a threading lounge. My usual go to spot was closed and I was in desperate need of brow maintenance. I asked for a deeper arch and for them to keep my brows thick. After a literally 5 second job she called herself done she didn’t even clean them, apply alcohol, oil, aloe, nothing! I took it as a lesson learned and paid. Later I realized that the waste of life that called herself a threader in fact gave me noticeably uneven brows, one end was thick the other was thin, they weren’t cleaned up. They suck ! I cannot believe this establishment is still open! I’ve never seen anything like it.

I normally go to Browline for threading. Their prices are less than their nearby competitor, and they generally do a good job with threading, which is why I gave them two stars. However, I was extremely disappointed when I brought my mother there for waxing the weekend before my wedding. Not only did they burn her, but the wax also ripped off the top layer of skin on her brows, leaving several scabs. Even worse, when I called to tell them what had happened, instead of apologizing the beautician argued with me and tried to claim that my mother hadn’t been injured. I told her that I would not be coming back and said goodbye. About 30 minutes later she called back again to offer a half-hearted apology, insist again that my mother’s skin must be «too sensitive» and tell me that they would «take care of me» the next time. No thanks.

Jacked up my left eyebrow. now I will have to wear eyebrow pencil for weeks. The right eyebrow looks nice. The one brow place in towncenter is much better. Never had a bad experience yet.
