This store doesn’t have the biggest selection as ones within the perimeter, but it is always well organized and the staff are helpful. I’ve gotten many recommendations from the different staff members for my now favorite products. They’re also nice enough to let me know if a certain brand isn’t available to go ahead and order online. Always a treat when I go in here.

Sephora is a woman’s playground! I love Sephora and tend to get in trouble for spending too much money! This location is bigger than and offers more products in display. I always find everything I need and way more when I come into Sephora! the staff are always very friendly and happy to help you! They always give me free samples at check out and will give you a sample of anything you’re interested in or want you try!

First of all, if you live in the Kennesaw, GA area and you buy cosmetics anywhere else, you’re missing out. Sephora has a crazy good selection. The products speak for themselves. But this review is all about my girl, Kristen. If you want someone with some beauty know-how to show you the ropes, go see Kristen. If you want product recommendations, Kristen is your girl. If you want a complete overhaul of your beauty routine, Kristen knows her stuff. I seriously cannot say enough kind words about this woman. She gets me, my sense of style, my personality, everything! All of the staff here are crazy helpful and pleasant, but when I need something, I see Kristen because she is that good. If I could give this location more than 5 stars, I would, simply because they have Kristen working there.

I usually love this location inside Town Center. However the past two times I have visited it has been disappointing.
The employees kept approaching me even when I told them I was just browsing. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Another thing that bothered me was when I came on a very slow day.
I asked an employee if they have a particular product in the store and they automatically said no. I then asked if the Sephora inside JC Penny would possibly have the product and she said «I don’t know, go check». I have never dealt with such rudeness at any Sephora.

I am in love with makeup and let’s be honest… Sephora has the best selection ever, but review is more about the staff. Never have I been so welcomed and helped then I’ve ever been in any other store. I walked in and was greeted by 5 of the employees. They always go the extra mile for my needs and wants and I love it. I honestly wouldn’t want to buy makeup any other place! If you are in need of help and are looking for something please stop by this location. They always greet you with a smile and make me feel like I’m a friend just talking about makeup. Best Staff EVER!

If I didn’t need makeup (professional makeup artist), I wouldn’t shop here. Occasionally, I get really great service. But most of the time, the workers are utterly condescending. It probably doesn’t help that on my days off I wear little or no makeup, but there was this one time that a worker was trying to sell me the makeup forever flash palette and I said «Yeah I love the colors I just hate that it has petrochemicals in it» and she said «Are those bad???» (I feel like there should be ingredient 101 training for sephora employees) And I said «Well, they are really bad for the environment and can clog pores, make you break out, and age your skin faster, so kind of!» and she made a snotty face then said, «Well, they are for REAL makeup artists anyway.» Then walked off. Only funny because I’ve worked as a makeup artist for about 4 years now, and probably make two to three times as much as she does as a «beauty advisor.» Wasn’t impressed.

This is my store! While I typically visit the Sephora inside JCP in Hiram (out of pure convenience since it’s only 10 min away) I LOVE the Kennesaw location. They have such a large variety of brands and products to choose from, and there’s never an issue with the staff helping you. My favorite brands there are Urban Decay and Tarte. I DO love the new mascara and eyeliner from Benefit though. The ONLY complaint I would have about this store is their checkout process. During the weekend when it gets so busy you would think they would have more people on register. It’s okay though– typically I end up picking up something else small to buy as I’m waiting in line. Those little splurges at the register will get you! Great place though– check them out next time you’re at Town Center Mall.

I go to A LOT of Sephoras and so far, this one has been the best. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable and I got the help I needed without feeling like I was bothering anyone. The stock was good and it was a really pleasant Sephora experience.
