Two weeks ago on a road trip we stopped at this location for their perfect lunch. We had my 92 yr old mother along who unknowingly lost the wedding ring she has worn for 60 some years in the Ladies restroom! When we returned home a week later, and had looked everywhere, I took a long shot and decided to call Chick fil A. A very wonderful and good samaritan had turned it in to the employees who in turn Kept it for a week until we could travel back to Kennesaw. Kudos to the honest and loyal employees of Chick-fil-A and the person that turned it in to management. Thank you and«EATMORCHIKEN»

This Chick-fil-a, along with the rest of them in Atlanta Metro do not offer a Senior Discount, where the other(typically less profitable and often company owned) fast food places, including Arby’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Bo-Jangles and Taco Bell all do. It shows you what they think of Seniors. Consider that the next time you are close enough to choose an alternate. Also, shows how GREEDY these Franchise Owners are.

Great food n service but good Lord, getting in at lunch time n parking is a nightmare. Other then moving to a free standing building nothing much can be done.

I just love this place. Customer service is always on point(thanks guys!), it’s extremely clean, and my order is almost always right! I love how efficient the drive thru is, from the quick pace they get you through to the friendly service at the window. Keep it up chick fil a!!!

I came here and ordered food, I get to the window and all the lady doesn’t seem too friendly, doesn’t say how are you or any of that, just tells me my total, she looked like she could use a compliment so I told her I liked her nails and she didn’t even say anything back! Smh my fries were also cold.

Three stars because it’s Chick-Fil-A. One star was lost on the fact that the staff were loud and joking around with each other instead of working, leaving one young lady to do the majority of the work herself. The other star was lost because I ordered extra pickles and sweet tea and was given the normal amount of pickles and unsweetened tea.

(Occurred at 3:00 pm) I eat here all the time. I am usually greeted very nicely. This day I came through the drive-thru and the cashier was nice. When I asked for my discount, the way it was done in the past had changed. No problem, I leave and I don’t have all of my food so I call. The person on the phone was nice she also asked if I would be arriving by walk in or drive thru. I told her drive thru. I gave her my name. when I arrived at the drive thru I told them my name and went to the pay window. The manager comes to the window with a disturbed look on her face, and also she gave me a look as if I was not telling the truth. I told her«I still had my cold food if you wanted to look in the bag!» I would not have turned around and drove allllll the way back from home if I didn’t have to; I had 5 hungry boys to feed… if you can relate. The way she made me feel was unacceptable. This is my first and hopefully my last bad encounter, because this is the chick-fil-a in the area I choose to eat because of the service!

I really don’t like going to Chick-fil-A on principle. But, this particular morning, the nearby Wendy’s was out of biscuits for breakfast and the Taco Bell across the street was taking forever with the one car in front of me at the drive-thru and they asked me twice to wait without even taking my order. So, worn down, I went to Chick-fil-A. That their food would be tasty and of good quality for fast food, er, quick service, is not a surprise. What did delight me, yes — delight, was the über-friendly service with a smile and proper English and appropriate banter and eye contact. Everyone was dressed and looking their parts as if a commercial ad was going to be filmed on location. Their movement behind the counter was efficient. I couldn’t find even a minor fault in the whole interaction — not even as I observed them with other guests. So, kudos to this Chick-fil-A crew. Keep doing what you’re doing. I probably will keep going back to Wendy’s first — unless they run our of biscuits again. Why? Your drive-thru line at breakfast is something on the order of 15 cars long. That’s why I walked in to the lobby this visit. But, I don’t usually have time to park and walk in. Plus, there’s the whole marriage equality thing. But, you deserve a 5-star rating and I’m giving it to you. =)

I want to hate chik fil a for political reasons, but the chicken is indeed delicious. I typically avoid it but I was in Atlanta for a business trip with limited food options and no car, so, beggars can’t be choosers. I give this location 4 stars because it is immaculate, the food was fresh, hot, and fast, the wait was minimal, and my order was almost accurate(I ordered a spicy chicken and got a plain chicken sandwich. Clearly not the end of the earth but still). The staff were polite and and accommodating. I would return if I found myself in a similar chickenless situation in the future.

Not your usual CFA experience. The employees are rude and sound like they hate their job. Every time I go, they usually get my order wrong. Coming from someone who values the customer service Chick-Fil-A always provides, this particular one fails.

Good location, fairly typical CFA quality. CFA is one of the few«fast food» type places I go to and living nearby this location gets a lot of my business. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is the awful parking situation in this complex, and the immaturity of some of the staff. As mentioned in a review below, some(not all) of the employees use this as their social/goof off time rather than attending to customers in line. I notice this fluctuates with time, so I can only assume that new employees come in and are coached to either shape up or ship out. It would be nice it customers didn’t have to deal with it though. Otherwise, good location.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food chains because of the consistent quality of both its chicken sandwiches and level of service. It always seems to be a small step above the rest and that’s enough to keep me coming back regularly. This Chick-fil-A is located at the Village at TownPark, a mixed-use development on Chastain Rd. in Kennesaw. It’s not far from and in between I-75 and I-575, a prime location in North Cobb. Other restaurant tenants on the property include Panera Bread and Taco Mac. The shopping center is popular and can get very busy. I stopped by for a weekday lunch and the front parking lot was 100% full. Thankfully, there’s additional parking in the back, behind the building. The restaurant was slammed too, like a zoo. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal($ 5.95 + tax) and it hit the spot. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is the most common thing I order at Chick-fil-A these days. The folks at CFA have really perfected the chicken sandwich making and delivery process. Each sandwich gets to you inside the paper and foil wrapper with soft and buttery, but not soggy, buns surrounding an appetizingly warm and tender piece of breaded chicken breast and pickles. I like to add a bit of ketchup and mayo to my CFA chicken sandwiches and dip the waffle fries in either BBQ sauce, Chick-fil-A sauce, or Polynesian sauce. Also, Chick-fil-A’s sweet tea is amazing, no matter which location. The formula is super sweet and unhealthy, but oh so good. I experienced friendly and professional service with a smile.

***UPDATE…I hasnt even been 24 hours and I received an email from Chick-Fil-A Cares and a call from the manager of this location. They were both apologetic, thanked me for my business and assured me that this would not happen again! I guess I did the right thing by speaking up afterall. Mistakes happen and eveyone has a bad day at work. As a consumer, to have a complaint acknowledged means everything! Thank you Chick-fil-A. I will change my rating to 3-stars. Went to this location today as I have many times in the past. I agree with other reviews that the service is on the slow side; parking lot is a nightmare and you hardly ever get the standard«my pleasure» when ordering or receiving an order. That has never bothered me before because the food is consistently was a different story I ordered some chocolate chunk cookies in the drive thru and went along back to the office. Normally these cookies are warm, gooey chocolate circles of goodness. Today I got 3 warm rice cakes. I like a Famous Amos cookie every once in a while but these were inedible! I called and asked for a manager the very young lady that answered(whom I wont name because I am nice enough not to) said«oh you can speak to me». I informed her that the cookies were terrible and that they might need to make a fresh batch. I also told her that it was ok and that I did not want my money back I just wanted to inform them. No apology. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that the cookies are baked fresh and she just bagged them herself. Again I told her the cookies were not fresh… there was no way. I eat them all the time so I know what they are supposed to taste like. I literally banged one on my desk and it crumbled into about 10 pieces. Rather than argue with her I just said sure put me on the guest relations list so that they can be replaced the next time I am in the area. Just trying to be helpful and let them know that the cookies were bad before somebody crazy came back and went off… oh well Jessica knew better than I did so I guess they will have to find out the hard way. They get a 0 for customer service today.

GREAT service! The staff is very friendly and they have my food ready in a timely manner. The parking can be an issue, but I have never had an issue with parking. Also, the restaurant is clean!

Clean store. Great chicken sandwiches. Friendly staffers. Terrible parking lot at lunchtime. The drive thru line literally wraps all the way around the complex.

I have gone to this place many times because it is so close to my house and they always screw up my order. If you order normal food they usually do fine but more complicated orders like grilled chicken breakfast burrito they seem to be lost.

I am in LOVE with the chicken sandwich deluxe!!! It is a fried boneless chicken breast with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo on a hearty bun. The chicken is soooo flavorful and juicy! Of course I get this with a side of waffle fries!

Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food chains. I can’t count how many times I have been to this one. Service here is consistently good and fast for both breakfast and lunch. Finding a parking spot is sometimes challenging at rush hour.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant, and I was very excited when they opened a store on Chastain Road a few years ago. I go here a few times a month, and the food is on par with any other CFA, in my opinion. However, I have gotten the repeated impression that the staff, most of whom are college or high school students, are either bored or tired of their job(e.g. not smiling, letting you wait in line a little too long before calling you to their register). Having a few friends who are/were Chick-fil-A employees, I know the importance the company places on customer service and a friendly attitude. The majority of the employees here don’t even give the standard«My pleasure» response when you thank them for your order. If I’m looking for friendlier service, I tend to choose the Barrett Parkway store.
