In the past, I’d always been underwhelmed by their customer service. However, the last time we went here, ever staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cashier even helped us with a mail in rebate that we didn’t know was available. Big selection, and it was much more organized and easier to navigate this time.

I’m upgradng my rating due to the excellent customer service I experienced in my last visit. I needed two of something that they only had one of, so they ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house for free. That makes me very happy! I do like browsing in here. Often times, I find something I didn’t know I even needed. However, I wouldn’t say it’s worth checking out unless you have one of the coupons they mail you.

The store is okay, they have a lot of fun stuff for your kitchen. BUT — and this is one of my biggest pet peeves — why do stores such as this one feel it’s okay to junk up the middle of their aisles with bins and shelves containing even more stuff for sale? It’s nearly impossible to navigate the store, especially during the crowded holiday shopping season; you find yourself jigging and jagging with every other shopper trying to make their ways down the aisle.

The only thing harder to find in this store than the food mill I was seeking, was an employee to help me find said food mill. I gave up and left.

This Bed Bath & Beyond gives me anxiety — it is so stuffed with merchandise you can barely move. If you are walking down an aisle and someone is coming the other direction, you may never get out alive. I went to buy a trash can with a foot pedal that opens the lid — $ 50! And I found a great framed poster of Washington Wine Country — $ 100! Give me a break. Don’t bother with this store — go to Target. Heck, go anywhere that won’t leave you begging your doctor for more xanax.

uhh slick unreal chemically laced products purporting to be healthy bright chemically colored hand lotions, gels, bath salts fake scented items: canles, shampoo, gel, hand lotion. and more Look out! It’s a major chemical trap! Smell inthere– it’s not real or natural. It’s chemically induced and yes, fragrant and in a few cases almost pleasant. It’s not healthy. They do not sell healthy items. It’s slick mall sales.

This store is pretty decent for the most part. It seems a little expensive though, on more than one occasion I have come here for ideas, and then wandered off to find the exact same stuff cheaper elsewhere. I did find a cool doormat there, it says«GOAWAY» in big black letters. I wondered it if might be a bit rude but after thinking on it, I decided if you’re offended then you are just the type of person I want to go away. All my neighbors have mats that say«Welcome». Welcome? Pffft. Yeah right. Strangers selling junk or panhandling are certainly not welcome. Anyways… I went there last night to look at mattress pads since I just bought a new mattress and bed. I wasn’t sure on the whole mattress pad thing, so I asked one of the ladies who worked there and she assured me it was worthwhile, and recommended me some based on what I said I was looking for. Figured what the heck, went and bought it. Got it home and it was like this plastic bag thing. OHHELLNO!!! Geez, it will all be making plastic crinkly noises when I sleep. Ill all be feeling like I’m in a nursing home. «You seen my Depends sonny??» Yeah… This thing is going back.
