Completely unsatisfied with this Mongolian grill. Where to start… How about the music. Loud Christian music. It’s annoying plain and simple and make for an awkward and weird experience. The service is terrible. Every time. The ladies are rude, stressed and seem to lack common sense. You seat people and run a register, get it together. The food is hit or miss. I’ve never had a problem with the grill cooks, they have always been polite and do a good job. Sometimes they leave the raw meat out for hours and it will make you sick. Don’t eat here if it’s a slow day because they will do this and you will get food poisoning. I tried to give my girlfriend, who had her own bowl mind you, a bite of my Mongolian. We immediately got warned that if we shared our bowls again we would be asked to leave. Are you kidding me? I paid for this and I can give my girlfriend a bite if I so please. This was the most rude thing I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant ever. It really rubbed me the wrong way and is the main reason I will never come back here. Terrible customer service. Lastly, they don’t serve beer or any alcohol. I guess it goes hand in hand with their strict religious Christian theme they’ve got going. But I want spicy Mongolian and beer and they can’t supply that. I’d highly recommend three flames in richland to this crappy Mongolian place.

The cooks were really good. They know how to cook and season well. The serving bar was pretty dirty… They get that way at these places, but it was not attended very well. They were out of noodles for about 15 minutes before anyone who worked there noticed. It was at the time of a rush and I would expect her to make very regular checks of the supplies if I was the owner. Waitress was okay… Not stellar, but okay. A list of what is msg free would be helpful when mixing the sauces.

There was plastic in the fake Krab bin. The soup was the nastiest I have ever had in any Asian-style restaurant. The rice was awful. 1STAR However, the server was very awsome and even brought us some freebies to compensate for the poor quality fare. Bless her. 5STARS

Just wasnt a big fan of the food. I’ve had plenty of Mongolian style in different parts of the country but this one wasn’t my favorite. As for the service it was great. Very friendly staff. I am from out of town.

Your normal Mongolian grill experience. I suggest the $ 15 all you can eat option. The one thing that stumped me was that the menu claims you’ll get a dessert plate, but I ended up with a fortune cookie, lol. Either way, this place is good, and the staff was fast and attentive. I’m a business traveler and the friendliness of the staff was appreciated.

If you read the reviews, 90% of the good is at least a year past my entry. Been going here for 15 years saw three owners including original. Sad to say the young Asian woman that manages it now has no care or savy for her customers. Was worth still charging us the $ 30 for our two gigantic bowls(which were originally medium when we packed them with precooked food… and yet if we can put all the SAME food in a medium bowl why can’t the cooks it fit in same size bowl when shrunk after cooking? That was the first thing that soured me to this place. I used to go weekly, regularly. Has been a long time since that happened… three years. And yet every time I manage to return my experience is worse than before. Today was our last. I can only say the manager shouldn’t be in customer service employment and they just lost two regular customers. My bowl was overflowed with hot sauce …. even the girl at the register started tearing at the eyes when he poured the hot sauce on my grill.. . …and I who likes it spicy and wants all the seeds from the bottom, said ok yeah enough hot sauce… The manager stood at our table for probably 25 minutes during our complaint(basically just let us get another bowl at your expense and we call it good, Im hungry and need to eat). But no, had to be a 25 minute ordeal while she stood there telling us the changes they had made recently and how the sauce sits out and the seeds just sit and make it hotter but mainly I was«counseled» that I should really pay more attention to what other sauces could be used on the grill prior to my bowl being cooked, that I should maybe ask for just less hot sauce from now on and go from there…(ive had 4 scoops of hot sauce since Ive been coming here, and some times up to 8…). I thought the least to be done was letting us have the meal for free. Neither of us left satisfied and we now have leftovers that i will be throwing out. Can’t give it to my dogs as it is riddled with hot sauce. Whole episode was just unreal. The manager/owners daughter’s handling of the complaint left such a bad taste in our mouth(worse than the food). We will be going to the Bamboo Mongolian in Pasco from now on. Or it will have to be sushi!

Lets see! Mildly over priced. The sauces are oversimplified for unknown reasons(where’s the soy sauce or hot oil). The cook put too much water on my food. I asked him to not add anything but he just had too add a ladle of something. The excess water was a great way to wash off all of the flavors I had so selectively added to my liking. Very very bland. I will not be back due to my experiences at better places. I can wait until I go to Portland or Seattle to indulge in Mongolian.

Typical mongolian restaurant, noodles are really skinny not my preferance! Not so clean, cooks use too much water too cook food! But pretty good and close to shopping centers.

This is by far my favorite Mongolian grill out of the ones I’ve tried in Central Washington. Their prices have gone up which makes me a little sad but the food is excellent, as is the service!

This is the only place I go for Mongolian anymore. They don’t charge for refilled drinks and the guys at the grill know what they’re doing– they don’t wash your noodles out with water or make them soggy like other places around here usually do. The rice is good, but unfortunately they started charging for more than one side– so I don’t get soup anymore. They keep the buffet clean, the service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are all reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Pretty good. Better than California, that is for sure. The place is clean, authentic, and has a good proportion, you can take home whatever food you can not finish. You also receive a fortune cookie afterward! I’m not sure why my find put down the family name, but it had to do with their church. Maybe they give a percentage back to the church :) By the way, they do not freeze and roll any of their meat, so you do not have to push down the meat.

I’ve been visiting Hua’s Mongolian Buffet since they opened and it remains a favorite among my wife and I and a lot of our friends. The atmosphere is only average, but it’s clean and the food is awesome!!! I’ve visited a lot of Mongolian-style restaurants and few even compare to Hua’s! At Hua’s you get way more food than any other Mongolian buffet I’ve been too and the service is ALWAYS great!!! I disagree with the reviewer who complained of everything being sticky or small portions. That’s a weird thing to say. The staff always seems to work very hard to keep surfaces wiped down and clean. The chefs are always cleaning their area. The food also has NEVER tasted funny to me. It’s normal for surfaces to get a little«sticky» on the buffet line in any restaurant like this, especially when you have a lot of people moving down the line and always spilling stuff. As I said though, staff does a great job of keeping things very clean overall and the buffet items are always properly iced and sanitary. The bathrooms are a little«old» looking, but they are clean and sanitary. We’ve been going for years and will continue to go for years I’m sure. It is, by far, one of the best places to eat in town. I love the soup too, even though it’s not my wife’s favorite. Great place!!!

First, I want to say right off the bat that anyplace that is this sticky on everything I touched(bathroom counters, food counters, etc) or walked on should have been a clue. But some Unilocalers were just in love with this place so I persevered. I have eaten some great food in some scary places so I braved it. Naïve fool that I be. I can’t believe this place. «Complimentary» rice would not feed a toddler. And when you apparently used to get both rice and soup complimentary you get only one. Not enough to bother either way. I followed the recommendations for what sauces to add, and told them to make it spicy because that is how I roll! I normally do up my own sauce combos cuz I have done the Mongol BBQ thing before and pretty much know where I am aiming for with my flavor target. Well, my food tasted… wierd. I have been to lots of these kinds of restaurants, so it is not because I am not used to the cuisine. I don’t know if they don’t clean the grill enough or need a bigger one so other people’s sauce combos don’t pollute each others’ dishes. It just tasted… weird. The staff was very friendly but that is really the only thing going for this place. I hope they get it together because we need more than basic gringo food and the taco extravaganza that is Pasco. But they are going to have to drastically change the food, prices, and cleanliness before I come back.

I have never had a bad experience here and it’s the only Mongolian Grill I come to. My husband and I have been coming here since 2003, and the food is just as good as the last time. The waitresses are always very helpful and the service is always good. The guys that cook the meals are very good as well. Highly recommend if you want a good Mongolian Grill this is the place you are looking for.

This has always been one of my favorite places to eat in the TC. Honestly, the way the food tastes is mostly due to you since you pick what vegetables, what meats, if you want noodles or not and what and how much sauce you want on your bowl. Then, they cook it right in front of you on a huge communal stove. The service has always been great. There has been a waitress that has worked there for years that always remembers me(and I’m only in TC a few times a year). I’ve tried several other Mongolian places and they have all been disappointing. I always come back to this one and make sure when I’m in the area that I have to stop by and eat here.

I’m not an avid Mongolian food eater but this place seemed pretty good. The staff was extremely nice and extremely attentative. I think the server girl came by and asked me if I was ok about every 30 seconds. I’d rather have too much service than too little though, so it was ok with me. The interior of this place reminds me of a shoddy buffet style place. I think this place needs a slight remodel inside. The food was great and priced well. I wouldn’t necessarily go on a first date here, but I wouldn’t mind taking a familiar guest for lunch or something.
