The new management has really turned the store around. The store is clean and well organized. Although some items were closer to the expiration date than I would like, that’s not unusual for grocery outlet stores.

I have shopped at several Grocery Outlet stores and this one was the worst. Entering the store you’re greeted with either no shopping carts or dirty, dingy, broken shopping carts with that one crooked wheel that squeaks the whole time. As you continue through the store you’ll notice it lacks common sense organization. You’ll also see product stuffed into shelves in no clear manner with no actual accurate pricing. The product that you do find on the shelf is dirty, dented and dingy. I’ve had to wash my hands after leaving the store. On more than one occasion I’ve saw boxes of cold stores left out in the warm store for the whole duration of my shopping trip. Now as most people that shop here know, Grocery Outlet stores receive product close to expiration date, on expiration date, or similar, so what makes this practice acceptable? Nothing, its just gross. The owners of this store and management need and must take a lesson from the owners of the Yakima Grocery Outlet or even better yet, The Dalles Grocery Outlet.

I love shopping at Grocery Outlet, and recently went to the one in TC. This one didn’t have as much of the great organic and health food steals you normally get at the G.O.‘s on the Westside. It’s always a gamble on what you’re going to find here and that’s half the fun. If you’re not familiar, Grocery Outlet buys the overstock from other stores. If you like wine and cereal you’re in luck! Best prices in town!
