I cannot drive by this place because I have to stop in and eat something. Service is always friendly and food is awesome. Whenever I can’t make a decision where to eat at, Bam, I go here. I cannot recommend just 1 best dish, but I always order a burrito with whatever I have because they are the best. Don’t be afraid of tongue, very tender probably the best choice.

I love coming to this place because it’s open 24hrs a day! It’s VERY convenient when I’m wanting Mexican food late at night. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and their Carne Asada Fries are AWESOME!

I had two carne asada tacos. Very good. The best part was the dish of sautéed onions that was part of the free salsa bar. Tacos were $ 2.50 each which is a lot more than the taco wagons in California where I’m from, but these tacos are bigger than those, so it works out.

Owned by Robertos of Southern Cal. After 25 years living in SoCal and AZ this is the only place I’ve found in TC that is what I call authentic. No rice and beans filling up your burrito, just meat, pico and quac… Very similar menu to Filibertos of AZ.

I started going here over a decade ago when I was in high school and it was called«Roberto’s». Now many, many years later this is easily my only go to place. At any time you can swing by for«decent» food. They are open 24 hours with a drive thru, have a few different hot sauces they offer, as well as some veggies(onion, jalapeño, maybe carrots too), and both soda and some Mexican drinks(Horchata at least). This is definitely a greasy spoon, but the food is very satisfying. My favorites are the rolled tacos w/guacamole, lettuce, and cheese, the California Burrito, and the Tijuana tacos.

Love that it is 24 hours and has a drive thru. The onions and jalapeños from the little comdiment bar are my favorite. Pretty reasonable priced place with awesome carne asada fries, breakfast burritos, and fajitas.

I have gone to this little place a good few times. Its pretty consistence which is a good thing. I like how the person up front can speak good english or know what you want when you’re saying something in broken spanish. Last night I had the ‘Mixed Burrito’ it has pulled pork, tomato and green bell peppers. It was very very messy and wet. But it was delicious! I’m defiantly coming back for that burrito! And I’m not a fan of burritos too!

I ordered some tacos, the meat was cold and the salsa had no flavor at all! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place gets it. 24⁄7365 taco joint, fast service, drive through and everything. Tortas are straight fire and they hooked it up fat with that lengua. If you haven’t ate here then you lacking.

Having lived in San Diego, I like to think I know SoCal style burritos and they have officially made the most disgusting California burrito I have ever had. Their hot sauce needs to up its game too because that was horrible. Seriously learn how to properly make these burritos guys.

Great little dive restaurant, 24 hours! I love the burritos and tacos! If your hungry late at night, this place is a must! Some things I have come to love about La Posada is the surprising consistency of the food. Even though it is fast food and I mean fast! the burritos I get are always the same consistency, no matter which one I get. While I am sure there are better quality, cleaner and desirable Mexican restaurants in town, this is the one I frequent the most. I love the salsas and the sautéed onions/jalapenos they put out for you. I always go inside versus the drive thru so I can get all the extra goodies I love to add. By the way, when I mention how fast they are, it isn’t because they have pre-made food sitting around waiting to be re-heated, its because the dude on the grill is a beast and whips out food like its nobodies business, and it isn’t…so stay out of his business hahaha. 4 stars when compared to, well really any fast, drive thru or sit down mexican restaurant. Don’t go expecting a huge plate of rice and beans to overwhelm what you actually order. Just get your main entrée and enjoy that for a very reasonable price.
