Amazing place wish they carried parrot bay mango rum though and had an easier way to sort through the low and top shelf vodka instead of the slightly disorganized arrangement. Amazing workers though, super helpful and you get a discount for using cash instead of debit.

This store is the most comprehensive specialty alcohol place we have around here, but it has so much room for improvement. They do sell a wide variety, but sometimes they have beers sitting out on the shelves aging when they are specifically meant to be consumed sooner. The prices are somewhat high. I feel like the customer service is hit or miss. A lot of the employees aren’t well versed on the store selection. There is a tiny discount if you pay cash, but even that is inconsistent.

These guys have everything and what makes this place even better is that that have all kinds of tastings! Beer tastings, whiskey tastings combined with a super knowledgeable staff who like to drink and can give you advice! This place is super awesome and I’ll definitely be back!!!

We bought three different brands of beer: Newcastle, modelo and carona and all of them tasted Skunky. They obviously have chilled all their beer and let them warm back up then chilled them again.

I like the place a lot. Good prices. And they offered to ship in a specific wine from other stores. I have yet to ask if they can order a specific wine for me though. Amazing selection on beer, wine and liquor. I’d like to try their liquor tasting.

I love this place! The selection of beer is something you have to see, and if your a wine or liquor drinker they have you covered as well! There is a liquor tasting area to try new things, and they give small samples of the many different beers on tap. If you bring in your own growler the prices aren’t too bad at all for the quality of the draft beers. They sell growlers for a very reasonable price and give ½ off after 9 or 10 fills. They also have a walk in humidor full of different cigars if that’s your thing. If you haven’t been here yet, you should definitely check it out!

I come in here often and I typically have decent experience but tonight I went in with my backpack on, since I was riding my motorcycle, they made me to take it off, take it up front and leave it there. Not a good way to treat someone who is in there often and also a local business owner; there are other places in town to buy my scotch and I probably won’t be back.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Not impressed with the staff at all. On top of being miserable, they knew nothing about their beers. Speaking of beer, they still have winter release on their shelves! Beer expires folks, and there’s no excuse for selling Christmas beers in May.

While they do have an amazing selection, Ronald J is extremely rude. We also were charged for a bottle of wine that we didn’t buy and being in a hurry for an appointment, didn’t catch it at check out. Fortunately, it was only a $ 10 bottle but unfortunately we’re from out of town and won’t be able to go back to get our money back. If we find ourselves in Tri-​Cities again, we won’t be coming back to this particular store.

Always super cool selection and friendly staff. Have asked for some unusal items and hey have come through. Always enjoying seeing what is new and availalbe in a growler for a weekend or party.
