Burger King

The drive thru was unreasonably slow when I went. I don’t know if it was because of low staff, difficult orders or what. This was my first time at this one and it just seemed slower compared to most BKs I’ve been to.

This staff has literally turned 1 star into 5 within the last few months. The turnaround at this place is great. The management always treats me well and the improvement is for the better. If they keep the new managers– they’ll get my business.

Well, the drive-​up I hate!!! The people at the window are totally into themselves!!! I had to wait over 10 minutes on multiple occasions, not cool. Then, for some reason I decided to sit down inside. Total game changer. The young kid behind the counter and the manager (who was actually assembling orders!!!) were super-​nice and service was fast! Huh??? Call me confused!

We have been going to Burger King for a few years, with that said I have to say lately the service and food have been great! The food looks like it does on the commercials. Met Tim last night when we went to get ice cream cones. He was very friendly and engaging. Also the ice cream cone my son loved comparing to his to the «other place» that he likes to get his cones. He said it was bigger and better. Just wanted to say you guys keep up the good work! Always clean and friendly!

I can ways count on my double cheeseburger meal being hot & tasty!

I had to comment on the fact that BK has an escape-​proof drive-​thru. WHY??? Because they are SOOOO S-​L-​O-​W that one contemplates his own mortality while waiting for a $ 3 order. One night it took nearly FIFTEEN MINUTES to get through. When I got the window, it was an old creepy lady who was shouting my order at me. Is it even legal to lock cars into a lane like they do with the curb and the bushes?

My family and I probably eat from this Burger King 2 times a month i have a mixed review about this place previously 1 myself or my family order food from the Burger King it was always be hot and correct however the management and cashiers there seem to have no idea of customer respect or a work ethic busy talking to otheruh people about the weekend plans are what’s going on other than paint a test of the customer about then grabbing their money. Now that the Burger King’s around the area I have been sold to a different group a cashier’s management totally have good customer awareness and are very polite however more times than not my kids got the sandwiches wrong for the fries are cold or we had to wait because they didn’t have any fries cooked just wish there was some kind of happy medium between the 2

Took my wife and kids here, we ordered a lot of food and also used a coupon… apprently I didn’t read it right but the staff was friendly and patient and helped me to understand the coupon better (as much as I hate to admit I was stupid and didn’t read the coupon right). We really enjoyed the food and the one lady even offered to put the cones we ordered in little cups for the kids. Very, very clean, and we enjoyed our meal immensely. Also had nice drive-​through experiences. Service was fast and effecient. Never waited more than five minutes, and that was on a busy night. Will be going back again.

Very poor performance at this location. To begin with I could not understand the voice at the drive thru — rather mumbled and couldn’t get my simple order straight. Pulled up and paid, then I was asked to pull up and they would bring out my order. As I did that I noticed three other cars sitting and also waiting. This was 8 in the evening — not the busy time. I waited and waited, cars continued to pile up. Finally someone left their car and went in to check — and a few minutes came out with their food, so I did the same. I was not too pleased. I think the people ‘working’ there were stoned. I know stoned — I’m a high school teacher and need to be able to spot that. I will not go back there. The food sure isn’t worth a 15 minute wait.

I can not believe I am reviewing another Burger King but I have two reasons.
Number One: The manager, Johnny, went to customer tables and asked everyone how there meal was. What? I was amazed by this… I have never seen a manager of a fast food place actually care if your food was any good. We talked to Johnny for a while and he was really nice and because of him we would come back here. Burger King is doing something right with there managers. Usually fast food restaurants only let the sweeper and mopper mingle with the customers. Great way to get feedback and fix problems if they exist.
Number Two: Have you tried the BK veggie burger? It is really good. Morning Star makes it and with the bun, lettuce, ketchup and tomato it is very tasty! I did not get the mayo on there because stuff will kill you. If you have not tried it, then a recommend it. This is a great healthy option to eating a high fat and calorie burger… your heart will thank you.
Keep up the good work Burger King! This location also has a playland for the kids with climbing and slides… a nice bonus!
