We worked with the store manager Mike Ivins who explained the different types of beds and asked us lots of questions about how we sleep which helped us choose the best bed for us. We had such an amazing experience with Mike that we purchased a second bed for our guest room. If you are looking for a great deal on a great product go see Mike!

We worked with Michael Ivins, and what a great experience! He listened to our needs and did not try to up sell us. He knew what he was talking about, but was not pushy. I wish I would come across more sales people like this.
