10 Windshield Repair Network

UPDATE: I was told yet again on 9÷6÷13 that my windshield would be paid for and they’d send a check for $ 310.45 on ⁹⁄₁₆. Cameron Ayre and Ron Morrison have both promised me this and both have failed to follow through on their own commitments. Cameron even told me she would call me to confirm it was sent. Although I’ve left several messages and sent emails, I am not receiving a response.
I scheduled and paid for a replacement this week, based on Cameron’s convincing promises to send a check on ⁹⁄₁₆. Now I am out 310.45 that I really couldn’t afford… but I couldn’t see out of my windshield and I couldn’t wait for Cameron Ayre to further deceive me.
What kind of business is this? Seriously! You tell people you are refunding them, even going to the extent of promising phone calls… and then nothing?

Went to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube at 19^th and Mildred in University Place and I was lured into a sales pitch by Jiffy Lube for me to talk to a guy about my 1″ crack on my windshield.
I agreed to the repair, mostly because I like to take care of my vehicle and wanted it to look better. I was told that the crack would be «invisible» when he was done. I let them call my insurance company and set up the administrative end of things.
I returned to the shop 45 mins later and noticed the crack was still there, yet the repair tech was nowhere to be found.
1 month later I contacted Windsheild Repair Network through a survey and gave a negative review. I was contacted by «Ron». Before I spoke with Ron my windshield cracked to 2.5 ft across and now is a 3ft crack at this point.
I called the main office of this company and only one person ever answered the phone. Ron.
Ron gave me the runaround for 2 weeks, going as far as telling me that they will pay for a new windshield, saying they «owed it» to me.
I scheduled the replacement and waited for Ron to set up payment with Safelite, since I moved out of state since the original repair was done. Ron called me back, for the first time in 2 weeks and said they will not pay for a replacement.
After numerous requests to speak with his boss, Ron told me he was «not allowed to give out» his boss’ name or number.
Can you say scam?
I have left at least 6 messages on their voicemail and sent emails in an effort to speak to someone other than Ron. No luck.
I was told by Ron that if I paid cash, they would refund my money. But I filed an insurance claim on the windshield and now will be paying higher rates for filing a comprehensive claim.
DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY WINDSHIELD REPAIR NETWORK.
Follow my lead and file complaints with the Attorney General and feel free to contact me for information regarding my attorney. My attorney is filiing paperwork tomorrow to begin the lawsuit.
I just couldn’t believe how many reviews matched my story. They didn’t repair anything and got paid for it. Now they don’t want to take care of their responsibilites as a business.
They ARE NOT a member of the BBB or the national windshield repair association. Be aware that they are small-​time scammers.
