Affordable Self Storage

I have had a unit at this facility for almost a decade. Every year the rent goes up for no good reason, generally without any notification until after the first payment at the new amount is already past due.
In the past four years, my unit has been burglarized three times. Not like there’s anything worth taking, but it’s a rude surprise each time. This facility has ZERO security and does nothing after the fact. I have given up on notifying them of problems. It’s not like they care. The police never seem to be surprised to be visiting again when I get a case number at this facility.
The staff is generally rude and answer questions inconsistently. As a rule, one will tell you one thing, then another will later tell you that person didn’t have the authority to be speaking to you.
This facility used to be managed by a retired couple and there were never any of these problems. Stay away. There are far better options these days.
