Wouldn’t recommend. I was in a hurry so I went to the drive thru expecting fast service like how a drive thru should be. AFTER I ordered and PAID they tell me at the window that I have to wait a couple minutes for my order… Like why couldn’t they have told me before so I could say nevermind? I asked for honey mustard but they ran out and offered me honey mustard salad dressing, which is «basically the same.» So I said sure, expected it to be put in a cup so I can use it as a dipping sauce. But they literally gave me just the packet to pour on every bite. On top of that, the times that I’ve went to this Arby’s, it’s been out of at least one thing that I want. I always have to change my order and adjust to what they have. Their food isn’t even good

Second visit here. Probably our last. First time we were not even acknowledged for almost 5 mi Utes so we left without buying. This time got served, then almost every table in the place was dirty. Roast beef sandwiches as good as ever. No Root Beer to drink.

Stood at the counter for five min while the manager ignored us and the two or three employees standing around avoided eye contact. Two groups in line with us gave up and left. Its not bad to wait when you see people working hard, but when you are ignored you get the impression people just dont care. Food was acceptable.

Mmmm… no. VERY dirty — people leaving trays on the tables, napkins/waste shoved in the space between the wall and booths. Grosssssss! Had to wipe our table down with some extra water it was so sticky and had so much residue from whoever sat there before us. Even just the outside of this place is off-putting — it looks SO old, could use a remodel. The girl taking orders wasn’t very friendly, didn’t smile, was rude while talking to my mom and I. Was very impatient with us. Food quality was OK — nothing special. The classic roast beef I had wasn’t very hot. My mom got some kind of chicken sandwich as a wrap and it was tiny! Not worth it for the prices. I’d pass on this place and check out one of the other many fast food options that Covington has to offer.

I work right by this Arby’s so I come here very frequently at the same time around 10:40 am. I’ve loved it until today. Today I drove up at 10:44 to get a sandwich and I sat at yo speaker box for 5 mins not a single person said anything, so I yelled hello 3 – 4 times and waited a minute between each one. No one said anything the whole time do I drive by and look in the window and everybody was out from behind the counter in the lobby area just hanging out. That is completely unprofessional! Anyways they saw me looking in at them after I left the drive thru and they went back behind the counter and helped someone who came through about 5 mins after me(I went to Carl’s jr next door and could see). I won’t be going back to Arby’s again and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My family really likes Arby’s but we will never visit this location again. Service was horrible. They only had four people working including the shift manager so bad service may have been due to being short staffed. The main dining area appeared clean on the surface but look more closely and the amount of food caked up in the cracks of the benches and walls is enough to make you lose your appetite. They forgot my shake and after standing at the front for almost 10min they finally brought it to me. No whipped cream like all the other Arby’s. The food tasted old or something too. Something slightly off with the meat. It had a sour flavor. The bathrooms were also disgusting. They look like an old gas station’s bathrooms. Basically they’re falling apart and there were no paper towels so, despite the«Employees must wash hands,» sign on the wall, I doubt they’re washing their hands or they would’ve noticed the lack of paper towels. We won’t visit this location again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I can see my review matches most of the other reviews on here. But first I’ll start with the good. The staff is always very friendly and the interior is always clean. Also they send out coupons frequently and if you use those, the price is good. The good stuff ends there though. First off they don’t have near enough booths for large groups. Second, the staff could not get our order right for the life of them. We ordered two french dips, two mozzerella sticks, two turkey and cheddar melts, one small water, and one soda.(Lunch with husband and mother). So we pay and they don’t hand us our cups for soda and water. Oh, she didn’t know we wanted soda and water. She acknowledged that we ordered them, but then didn’t add them to the bill apparently. What the heck? So then we get our food. We ordered for here because we ate in the restaurant. Well, it was in a bag. A minor nitpick but worth mentioning. So my husband empties the contents of the bag and he opens what are supposed to be his french dips but he thinks they aren’t. That is because they didn’t have au jus, and rather than having a piece or two of swiss cheese slightly melted, there was some sort of unrecognizable white gooey liquid that looked like it had been poured down the side of the sandwich. I told him I thought it was supposed to be the swiss cheese, but melted into liquification. Which is honestly ridiculous. It didn’t look appetizing either. Looked like someone coughed up a big bunch of phlegm. Afterwards he told me the french dips were good, but still couldn’t identify the white substance. He doesn’t think it was swiss cheese though. Oh, and he also had to go up to the counter and ask for au jus. Turns out they had the au jus for him but it was in a separate bag, so they forgot to give it to him. The cheddar cheese on my turkey and cheddar was just blobbed onto one side, so most of it was dry. Heaven forbid they spread it a little. The cheesesticks, moms sandwich, and the drinks were okay. Bottom line is we were unimpressed with the service. I also think it’s cheesy, but this location has a bell you can ring near the door if your service is good. I don’t know what the purpose of that is but it’s honestly strange and annoying in my opinion. And no, we didn’t ring the cow bell. Don’t think we will be returning.

Extremely long wait in the drive in… Were talking 20 to 25 minutes. Not too much else to say, it’s an Arby’s, just one that takes a really, really, reaaaallllly long time. Meh.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at fast food. The cashier named cody was a smart ass and had a horrible attitude. He messed up every order, argued with every costumer who had an issue and huffed and puffed like a six year old at toys r us. There was a lot of yelling and disorganization with the staff that everyone could hear and didn’t make for a positive dinning experience. VERYUNPROFESSIONAL! Im sure they all think they deserve a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage also… HA. LOL!

Terrible Arby’s(compared to other Arby’s). Very disorganized staff and they mispriced my order. There was also a lot of junk on the ground when I went(12pm). I will avoid this Arby’s in the future.

My son and I went here to see his art project displayed a part of a community/school project. We decided to get a snack while we were there. Waited 10 min for lukewarm food. There were at least 3 counter staff plus a manager working and it wasnt busy. They forgot my milkshake. Had to ask them to make it. Asked for order to go, got it on a tray. When I asked for a bag, got a rude look and then«oh, your order does say ‘to go’, doesnt it?» Probably not going back to this location anytime soon…

This particular Arby’s is consistently disappointing to me. Years ago, my husband and I ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches for $ 5.95 and got home to eat and they were pink inside. I like my meat well done and Arby’s meat is usually brown but this meat was pink and bright red! I couldn’t stomach the sandwich, even after microwaving it. We called the manager and they said we could come back for 5 more but were too grossed out, so we never got our money’s worth. Years later I attempted to eat there again and had another pink/bright red sandwich. Finally, in June 2009 I ate there for my last time. I ordered the new flat bread fajita and it was just flat bread folded over meat smeared with goopy orange sauce. Where were the peppers?! You calls this a fajita? I returned it and the manager apologized and made it for me as she showed the employee how it was done. It looked better, but the peppers and onions were ICECOLD. It was gross. I finished it and didn’t complain, but wished I had. Yuck. I will never dine at THIS Arby’s location again.
