Yes, this was the best mexcian I’ve ever had. Better than Mexico. An hour from home and i’ll go back a bunch.

Seldom do I find it necessary to review a restaurant but tonight I think my input is important. Once we found the somewhat hidden restaurant and entered what I’m still not sure to be the back or front door we waited for roughly fifteen minutes for an empty table to be cleared so we could sit. Ten or so minutes pass with no service finally to have our complete order taken at once(drinks, apps, entrees). We did not get our drinks or appetizers until our food arrived. Upon arrival of our food I realized my order had been taken wrong. Not a big deal other than the waitress asking me if it was fine that I just ate what she had brought me. Although my friends food and mine were both cold it did taste good. I have had tacos of the same caliber for have the price. We were not brought a check so I went to the front and paid. As we left I noticed that I had been overcharged for appetizers. This experience will have to fall under the loss column. Most likely will not return.

Get the carne asada for only $ 20 so worth it! Love the pickled red onions I can eat it on its own! But this place has great quality beef and is a low key hotspot! Best food I’ve ever had! And the salsa is super spicy but so addictive!

I did not think I would be giving a 5 star review for this place. Realistically it deserves a 4.75. I have been to this restaurant twice in two weeks. The first time I came with 7 friends and we ordered and sampled everything on the menu. EVERYTHING! The second time it was myself and 1 other person. Any dish you order comes PACKED with flavorful, delicious, hot beef. It is the best thing in the world. The first time I ordered the stuff jalapenos and they were the HOTTEST things I have ever put in my mouth. It was terrible. So, I got them again the next time I went and they had no heat what so ever.(I was disappointed because I brought my friend that loves spicy food) The best thing on the menu — The baked potato(see picture, it will explain) The second best thing on the menu — the sandwich /stuffed jalapenos The worst thing on the menu — fried cactus.(not a fan very sour and bland) The Steak — the steak was good, not great. Very thin and slightly dry. Not too juicy or flavorful. Compared to the rest of the menu this steak is very expensive running $ 26.00. Not worth the price. You can order 3 other entrees for that price and will be very satisfied. The Bad — Everything tastes the same. I wish there were variations/seasoning in the meat that were different in each item you ordered. The tacos, steak, tostada, and everything else all taste the same. Really good, but no variation.

There isn’t a place quite like this or nearly as good anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. I’ve been here numerous times and they deliver quality fare with pride and consistency each time. The hype is real; there is a reason they have a 5 star rating. If there was a way to give them 6 I would, and I am selective. If you are looking for fancy boring food look elsewhere. If you want great food from a family that knows what they are doing and unique flavors that are simply delicious come here. If you get addicted to Asadero Sinaloa it’s not my fault — I warned you.

Pulling up to the place you kind of feel hesitant about the joint. But then, you kind of wonder why the restaurant has a 5 star Unilocal rating. So, you go in there and noticed the signage. «We serve Certified Angus Beef.» My first time there the place wasn’t quite as busy as it is now, so I sat down especially with the hype from my cousins. Looking at the menu there wasn’t a huge selection of food, so you know they specialized in what they do. Prices too were high compared to all of the other Mexican joints I’ve been to. But I like trying new foods, so I went with the ribeye. The place was full, and keep in mind this is a family restaurant, so I waited a bit. When the food came out the presentation screamed FEAST. A big slab of that CAB ribeye on a cutting board and a steak knife. I was in food heaven. All-in-all the joint blew me away even with the hype behind it, even with small restaurant hidden away in the back of a lot. I dug it. If you enjoy food this is a must try.

Life changing Mexican food. I’ve always thought Seattle had really baddddd Mexican food compared to other cities(LA) but this place was shockingly good. Definitely on my list of top 10 eateries in Seattle area. They are known for their meat boards. You have the option of sinaloan style chicken, rib eye, New York, and carne asada. The pound of meat comes with whole pinto beans, roasted salsa, grilled onion/pepper /cactus, and an uli chorizo sausage. All for $ 20 – 22 $. It is a ton of food !! The quality of the meat is excellent and it is perfectly seasoned and tender. Handmade flour tortillas are thin, tasty and crispy and the best I’ve had in Seattle. However, The corn tortillas did not look homemade . I also loveddddd their loaded baked potato topped with carne asada. The baked potato had a crispy skin wit the perfect amount of toppings. Reminds me of carne asada fries but way better! Their rib eye tacos are delicious and I like how you get to choose how you like your meat to be cooked. I opted for rare and it was heavenly. I also tried the chorreadas which reminds me of sopitos. It’s a handmade masa cake topped with cheese and carne asada. There is also a salsa bar where you help yourself with all the fixings. This place was so good I came here two days in a row! Now that is a first for me. The restaurant is superrrr clean and the service is friendly and attentive — top notch. I rarely give 5 stars and this place exceeds a 5 star rating Currently, I am stuffed and feel like I am on cloud 9

Truly the best hole in the wall. You wouldn’t even know this place existed if it weren’t for the high recommendations from friends whose been here and of course, Unilocal! This place is so hidden I had the hardest time looking for the place! I ordered the Doriditos and I must say omgggg it’s so good! SOOGOOD! The homemade flour tortilla is fried to perfection. Not soggy or too crispy. It’s the perfect crunch on every bite. It already has cheese in it but I love the fact that it wasn’t too much of it. I definitely have to order this again and NOT share it. Cause 3 of them wasn’t enough! The carne asada. Wow. Just wow. 1lb of deliciousness on that cutting board. It’s so good you don’t even need all that extra stuff on it. You can just eat it by itself and you’ll be satisfied! But of course I had to use their home made flour tortilla which I highly recommend to get instead of the other one they offer… I highly recommend everyone to at least try this place once. It’s definitely worth the drive! You will NOT be disappointed!

Haven’t heard of this place yet? DJ Khaled might say That’s because they don’t want you to win. They don’t want you to eat good food. They don’t want you to eat some authentic Mexican food. They don’t want you burst into tears of joy with every bite of carne asada steak. If you drive by this place on military road, you probably won’t see it. I was referred here and I had a hard time finding it. Does it matter? No. The first night I showed up here an hour and a half before they close and they were PACKED, I said how long? They said tomorrow because they ran out of FOOD! Boy I was so heated, but when I came back I understood why. Food: JUSTDOIT! Everything here is good. Get the steak, you will not regret it. The menu is so small I’m coming to try the whole thing. And the steak is HUUUGE. Pro note — get to the side bar quick. If there’s a large group of Asians in there, they will take everything. Asians love sauce. Service: Outstanding! Very friendly! Running around because it’s crazy and they still managed to check in on us frequently. Love it! Price: Worth it! #AnotherOne

ASADEROSINALOA: U need to… GOANDEATTHAT! Yall know I’m fitna’ Unilocal right? You know that. Right? Ok. Here we go: The parking lot and the little drive-thru lookin’ ‘Torta Sandwich’ crib/aka restaurant – may throw you off. My sis said she was bout to perform her first donut in tha’ street to leave. But please keep it moving into the parking lot. Next to a(I think Barber and I don’t know what else place)…shop…you’ll see«Sinaloa’s» on the window pane. Once inside it is very comfy & clean… although small– it didn’t bother me. If you lucky(like me and my sister’s were) — you can get one of the tables in the middle of tha floor. They are small but I like the chairs and it kinda makes you feel… special. Sittin’ all in tha’ middle. Anyway, as my sister said(and she was the birthday girl — our reason for coming here)…“I don’t think anything can come outta’ that kitchen bad”. All three of us agree. We loved it! They must have ‘live’ large Angy’s back there that they are tranquilizing and slappin’ on tha’ grill(I know… that was a terrible analogy) but that’s how fresh that Carne Asada Steak tasted. Juicy, large pieces. We also ordered some large potato thingy that had some bomb cheese on it, some chopped carne and bacon — — — — –I should have«tranked» my sisters and then ate their pieces… Unilocal…it was good yall. Even the potato flesh itself was dang tasty. Reminded me of a Yukon but it seemed too large for one of those. Famous ‘Vampiro’… Tasty. ’ Gorritio’ peppers stuffed with cream cheese and bacon. And if I got tha’ name wrong who cares — JUUUSSSTEATTHAT! Hmmmm, I think I ate a piece of their napkin and that too was… tasty. The lady’s and I am assuming they are all family – are very nice, attentive and concerned about you enjoying your meal. Get the $ 19.99 Carne Board(that’s what I call it) — and bring your stomach so you can make it sing. I nixed tha’ cactus paddle because I had read that it can be a bit errrr…‘okrish’(slimy like okra). Call me weird but slime don’t belong on food and since I double checked with tha’ young lady that took our order(she said it can be)… I decided against getting it. However, I think next time for the full experience— I’ll go ahead and try it because I saw a lady cutting it. It looked fine and she was eating it with the Carne Asada. She didn’t fart or turn green so it can’t be that bad. After all — - it’s my duty to be a foodie. OH!!! That«Uli’s Chorizo»…lemme just say… soooooo good. Like one of those candy necklaces when I was a youngin’ — - I could wear that round my neck… Unilocal… Ughhh huh… and eat that alllll day. My sister told me bout their website. Went to order it — -sold out! Unilocal. Asadero Sinaloa’s It is a little outta tha’ way & maybe… MAYBE… unknown… but the most excellent places are little hidden… GEMS. OH!!! And lemme say this. MEXICANRICE… NO. SALADS…I DON’T THINKSO. VEGGIESORMIXEDVEGGIES(you know like cauliflower, carrots, broccoli mixed together…)…ughhh.NO. And to be truthful that’s nasty anyway. I’m still tryin’ na figure out WHO… eats that? Yuk. Anyway – I say all THAT… to say this: They DON’T GETDOWNLIKETHAT… got it… Good. So don’t be comin’ over here whinning, bringin’ down their 5-stars cuz«you need suh’ veggies in yo’ dang diet». You want that… go to Sizzlers. Dig… Dug. This here place — is for shameless carnivores wit a taste for tha’ …Finer Cows… in life.

The reviews are right. THEBESTMEXICANFOOD I’VEEVERHAD! My bf and I beat the lunch rush when we got here on a Saturday. We ordered the carne asada and two vampiros. The salsa and side bar is awesome, there is so much variety and everything is homemade I believe. The carne asada is good to share with two and I like how it also came with salsa, beans, chorizo and a grilled cactus. It was my first time having cactus, and I wasn’t expecting the texture like okra! If you like okra you’ll like cactus :). We will be back to order everything we didn’t get to try. Thank you for making my tastebuds so happy.

All the great reviews about this place are true. I feel as though the only reason why this place isn’t well known in Kent is because it’s so hidden and discreet! But hopefully the word gets out even more about how amazing the food is! Let me start off by saying they have a small menu, so you know quality is going to be up there! Always appreciate a quality over quantity type-o-place! Everything from tortillas to salsa to beef tastes like real, made-to-order, home cooking. I’m not 100% sure if the tortillas are house-made because I didn’t ask, but by the taste and quality, I would assume so! If you go, please ask for me! It’s freshly made and was so good on my bfs quesadilla, I could eat it by itself! The meats are cooked PERFECTLY. So good that even a germophobe would lick the table clean at the sight of a fallen carne chunk. I got a gordibuena for my first time and I was blown away. The salsa on the side is delicious as well; it isn’t your normal pico de gallo or verde sauce! Along with many other reviews, I would definitely recommend this dish! It seems small when you first get it but the quality is so worth the price, and if you think about it they do give you a lot of meat. It leaves you with a satisfied full, but it makes you want more. I’m craving it as I write it right now! For dessert we got an arroz con leche which is basically a warm, soupy/milky, rice pudding with cinnamon and little craisins. It’s delicious and milky; great dessert right before bed time. The restaurant is very homey, and fairly small. I love the chairs and the colors of the walls. It’s simple and clean, and the servers are kind. It’s tough to find… So you want to park by the other small torte restaurant, walk on the sidewalk around the torte restaurant, on the left you’ll see a salon/spa. And asadero is hidden right next to it. It’s a tough find but its worth it. Ahh… I love finding gems in boring ol’ Kent!

This place is tucked away next to a military school in Military road. You’ll find an Indian/Polynesian store. However, park by the mini mart as the drive way has been marred by pot holes. Once your car(or you) survive the potholes, get in and wait to be seated. Oh how you wish you have a sharpie right now, eh? So the sweet ladies offer you a very simple menu. Every single thing in the menu looks and sound appetizing. On the bottom right of the menu(appetizers), it lists 3 grilled jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and crumbled bacon. Order that if you like your mouth on fire. On the serious side, I love everything I tried in this place. The gorditas, tacos doraditos, grilled cactus, etc. The star of course is the meat. It is very well seasoned and it’s grilled perfectly to match the texture of the tortilla. To get the optimal experience, utilize the salad bar. I take my entire plank and just load up freshness on top of the chopped meat. Also, I remembered them serving specialty drinks. I had a lemonade with chia seedson it and also tried a horchata like drink. They were all delicious. Now, look at the clock and draw your eyes to the right until you see the lizard. I drew that :-) . Great service, great food, great family run business. Highly recommended.

I was out Christmas shopping at the Victorian country Christmas Festival in Puyallup when I decided I wanted to eat steak before I went home. I looked on Unilocal and Google for a steakhouse. And this is one of the places that came up. I looked at the pictures and everything looked delicious! Event started reading the reviews and they were all great reviews. I decided to try it out based on views and the review of a fellow Elite Unilocaler. This place is a little hole in the wall Mexican eatery with a small menu that is packed with flavor. It is behind a taco place. Don’t confuse the ine in the front for this one. Lol This place doesn’t have greatest decoration ever, or even look the fanciest, but it is cozy. When you walk in, the waitresses are super friendly and ready to help. It has simple, yet cozy tables and chairs, with the wall filled with reviews. Don’t let the simple décor turn you away. It’s well worth it. We decided to try a few things. First thing that we tried was the Taco Toreados! You can choose flour or corn tortilla. And then they add a delicious anaheim pepper with cheese and the amazingly tender and flavorful meat. I took a bite of this by itself and the pepper with the cheese and meat blended together beautifully. The pepper had just the right amount of mild heat that blended well with the cheese and seasoned the meat even more. I then added the pico de gallo from the little condiment cart, which just made it even better! The portion was big! 2 of them and I could definitely be full. Definitely try this dish! I then got the 1 pound carne asada steak! Omg!!! Talk about tons of flavor! They bring it to you on a big wooden platter which looks amazing in it’s own right. You have the steak, a little portion of beans, some of their hot sauce, delicious grilled cactus, a chorizo sausage and some tortillas. They use 100% certified Angus steak; which makes everything sooo good. The steak was well cooked and seasoned perfectly! I took some of the grilled cactus with the steak and some Pico de gallo and put it in the tortilla! Sooooo good! The chorizo sausage was perfect. The beans were very good and the suace for the steak is exactly what it needed for spice. This dish was like a delicious meat heaven. Lol We also tried the Carne Asada Torta. It was the carne asada steak with grilled pepper, refried beans and cheese on bread.(My girl hates refried beans) but loved this one! This was by far the best sandwhich I’ve had in such a long time! The flavor in the sandwhich was just perfect! I wanted to buy another take it home! The service was phenomenal. The waitresses are super friendly, not pushy and genuinely happy. I will definitely be back to this place to eat more food and enjoy the amazing flavors they provide. If you want really good food with amazing service, this is the place for you!

On this Black Friday evening, I was pleased to find an establishment where I could partake in some authentic amigo cuisine. Not only were the portions large(especially the meat platters), but the price was very reasonable. Although my sample size of what is considered authentic is small, it would be reasonable for me to take a leap of faith in saying that this was true to form of a Mexican steakhouse. Now to the eateries: For three of us, we ordered the Carne Asada Angus($ 19.99) w/corn tortillas, Chorreadas($ 4), Taco Toreado($ 6), and Doraditos($ 9.25). This was definitely enough, we were very full. If you are looking to be satisfied but not stuffed, I would recommend going with something like the above and subtracting out one of the three other tacos that we ordered. Our favorite was the Chorreadas followed by the Taco Toreado. Admittedly, we were just a fan of Gorditas, which the Chorreadas used. Our next visit, we plan on getting the Rib Eye($ 21.99) as it looked significantly more tasty and tender/juicy. As well, we would try the Papas Locas, as one of the nearby patrons ordered that and it looked quite intriguing, indeed. Keep in mind that this place is fairly small, and most tables only seat four, with one table able to seat around 8.

Thank you Unilocal users for recommending this restaurant so highly! Wanting to meet a friend for dinner in Kent, but not sure where to go I consulted Unilocal and this place popped up. As other reviewers noted it is a bit hard to find tucked off the street with no street signage. My GPS took me to a strip mall next door and when I made the block I saw it coming back. There’s another Mexican /taco style restaurant right on the road; this is not it. It is just behind that restaurant with a very subtle sign. You can park on either side of the restaurant, tho I found the spots behind the other restaurant along the chain link fence to be roomier. Inside the décor is really non-existent. White painted walls with the occasional handwriting in black sharpie, a variety of size in tables with colorful tablecloths and that’s about it. It fit though. It’s unpretentious, not trying to be anything that it’s not. The downplay in décor reminds me of the many small cafes I grew up with in tiny towns run by families who concentrated on food and service; not appearance. The menu is deciptively small. At first glance it looks like hardly anything, but upon inspection it becomes apparent how everything sounds delicious. The prices are impossible to beat. You will not find this quality of food for this price most likely anywhere else. I ordered the doraditos — three small tacos on crispy tortillas filled with the tastiest beef ever. They have a salsa bar where you can fill various flavors of salsa in small cups to try on your food. The presentation was beautiful on a flat wooden plank. The food was easily the best Mexican food I have had since visiting Puerta Vallarta.

I went last night for the first time and I have already decided that this is my favorite Mexican restaurant to go to! It is a very small place, feels homey and the staff is friendly. Loved the table covers, so colorful! We got the carne asada and a gordibuena. First of all the presentation is nice on wooden boards and little salsa bowl with a wooden spoon on top. The meat was very flavorful and soft. Everything was so tasty. I am very satisfied with this place. Can’t wait to go back and try other goodies!

One of the best Mexican food around. I ordered the Carne Asada and it was alot of meat, enough for two people to share. Love their salsa table, the pickled onion was great, and their salsa is actually spicy just the way I like it. It would be nice if they have some small dish by the salsa table so customer can put all those goodies in. Service was excellent. Everyone there are all very nice and friendly food came out in a timely manner. The location is not good as it’s a bit hidden, we almost walk into another Mexican restaurant thinking it was Tacos Sinaloa.
