Crappy customer service — tried to email corporate about complaint and got NOTHING back. What the hell!

My husband and I just sat down in our booth with our food.
A very aggressive panhandler came up to the opening our booth actually blocking our way out of it. He then proceeded to order us to go Buy him a Hamburger AND Fries.
My husband told him that he didn’t have any cash and he looked like he was ready to grab our food and run. None of the staff seemed to notice.
We are the type of people that would buy a person in need something to eat. But this person was just plain scary and acted like he wanted to start something.
The new sweet potato fries were over cooked and dry and bleh… As for the rest of my food, it wasn’t good. Part of it was from our experience. And the the bathrooms are nasty.

The place smell like urine
Men’s restroom is filthy used papers are all over the floor.
I ordered food for ppl I’m with but I didn’t eat. I was disgusted.

Great place. The orders are always accurate, the employees are always happy, and the food is always good.
A very good selection of food and drinks ranging from fantastic food at pretty high prices, to great food at low prices. Including a good and varied value menu.
The only problem with this location is the microphone in the drive-​thru isn’t very good and sometimes the order taker has a hard time understanding the customers.

Got the new Chorizo burrito, which was a little spicy and pretty good over all, although not a big fan of the nacho cheese sauce. They for some reason thought I wanted sour cream and charged me for it, took a little time to get them to take it off the total, probably a drive thru speaker glitch.
Anyways service was decent for late night drive thru, even with the order accuracy issue, we even got charged for a curly fry upgrade when we never asked for them.
