Awful customer service. First off the owner has his rude sons working the front and from the few times I’ve been here they always talk shit about customers and his son called me dumb in Vietnamese because I was being complicated with my order. DUDEIMVIETNAMESEAND I CANUNDERSTANDYOU! So unprofessional. An incident happened last night when my boyfriend and I went in to eat and my boyfriend wanted to order just a side order of phở meat balls. It wasn’t on the menu so we asked if they had something like that and the owner was really aggressive and was saying to my boyfriend«Did you read?! It’s right here on the menu!» Even the owner had to do a double take because it want on the menu! We asked a simple question and he could of answered it completely different but was being a total ass. Also the food here is really bland. If you want good phở or the broken rice plates I recommend the phở place inside Great Wall shopping mall. Always delivers and always amazing service. Never coming back to this place again.

Very rude to other races food is just ok. Will not be coming back. I first entered this place to was my hands and a rude Asian lady chased me to the bathroom. I explained to her I was going to the bathroom before I eat… the woman just looked and walked away! No sorry or anything guess they think every person of African descent is out to just waste there toilet paper! After that I set down to eat. The food was just ok at best very little amounts of meat in my bowl and service was terrible. I didn’t complain because after how she acted about the bathroom what’s the point. I JUSTWONTBEBACK! The food here is not as authentic as some people think they are. I had the traditional bun bo hue(spicy beef noodles) they were phở broth with the chili sautéed sauce you find at dim sum places. Not crackin! My two-year old daughter had the wonton-noodle bowl. She took a bite in, and wanted my food instead! The broth was bland as bland can be! The noodles were ok, but the wontons are crazy bad! Like, I could’ve made better wonton! The restaurant itself is not dirty, the server/owner, she was helpful, in terms of taking my orders and bringing out in a timely manner. First and last time I’ll be at this restaurant! Peace out!!!

This was one of our favorite places to eat, we haven’t been in a while and decided to come by to get some of our favorites. Usually we eat inside and we stay for long periods of time and we used to go often because the food was so great. However, today when we came by everything was different. We got the fresh spring rolls and usually the peanut sauce is so thick and wonderful, but today it was liquidy and did not taste like peanut sauce but more of a balsamic. We also bought a boba tea which we like, their’s aren’t the best but they are good, however today it had chunks of ice in it and smaller than normal tapioca balls. For our food we decided to order fried rice. Their fried rice used to be so yummy and could feed a lot of people well, more than 2. But today it didn’t taste anything like we remember. There was no color to the rice, I can’t even explain how it tasted. It had an overabundance of egg flavor and it was a little fishy. Even if we added hoisen it didn’t make it better. I’m notresting thekey overs, and the familysaid yuck. Looks like they changed the menu, or cutting costs, whatever the reason I hope they fix it and fast, or we won’t be back. :(

1 star specifically based on the bubble tea only Definitely the most unauthentic, worst tasting bubble tea I ever tasted. Was a red flag as soon as I got it and noticed the color was not the same as usual and also there was ice cubes in the cup. I understand this is served somewhat chilled but I’ve never had bubble tea with ice. Gave it the b.o.d. and tried it. unfortunately the flavor was lackluster and ended up disposing of it after a few sips. Waste of money, never again.

Finally a spicy phở! Not easy to find. Only other one I found is at Phở Viet Ahn in Queen Anne. This place is family run, and has everything one expects from a phở spot.

I like Phở but today was not good. I asked for the seafood Phở and the shrimp weren’t gutted. I had to ask for them to do that. To me thinking that the restaurant does not gut their shrimp from poo is a bit disgusting. I do give three stars because it was my first time and I have nothing else to go on. I can find other particulars but other than he shrimp I have nothing else.

Went for lunch and got a large Phở for about $ 9 after tax. It came out right away. The broth has a good flavor and there were plenty of noodles! A large was a little too large for me but I finished it anyway! You pay at the counter.

First time. Bön Bo Hue was recommended in another review so I wanted to have that. The BBH was good, different meats, the noodles were perfect, the broth was full of flavors tho maybe a little too spicy for me, not their fault. Service was perfect. Order taken quickly and brought to me quickly as if they were waiting for my arrival. Lots to choose from here. Great little store with free parking lot. Great people here.

Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We love their Spicy Beef Noddles and Clear Noodles. Gets busy at lunch so make sure you have at least an hour there.

I ordered their large phở soup and was not impressed. I’ve had this soup from different restaurants and know a great tasting soup when I have it. The broth was not as flavorful and seemed watered down or not simmered long enough. Something was missing. In addition, the family was openly arguing to the commerce department on the phone. It was annoying and unprofessional. To be fair, I didn’t try the other menu items. This rating is for the soup and experience. The décor and look of the restaurant was nice and inviting. I’ll try their other food items at some other time and update my review.

Food is fresh, and very very delicious. Can’t give too much detail with that being said. A little pricey for Phở but it’s well worth it! I recently moved back to Kent from Seattle and can say with CONFIDENCE It’s better than most places in Seattle I’ve tried. The broth is so goooooood. Also, the Bun #43 is my all time fav and they aren’t small portions wise. My new fav phở place!

Love the Phở here. The broth is always tasty and so hot when it arribes. Just how i love it :) Fresh spring rolls disappointed me today. Recently found this place but have been here many times already. The fried spring rolls are delish! Dont pass them up when you come by.

My go to place for Bun Bo Hue aka BBH! BBH is one of my top comfort foods and occasionally I will visit Phở Thinh every weekend to have this. As a matter of fact, my first meal back upon returning from a vacation was BBH at Phở Thinh. For those of you that don’t know what BBH is, it is a spicy lemongrass flavored beef /pork broth with thicker rice noodles. Try it if you have not. Especially if you like spicy. For those of you that are familiar with BBH, their BBH doesn’t have that sweet broth I’ve noticed that a lot of other restaurants that serve BBH have. Sweet as in sugary sweet. Their BBH is more balanced and savory. They use generous and good cuts of meats. I am not familiar with the roots of BBH, but the sugary flavor might have to do with the style(region of Vietnam) of BBH. I’ve also had their Phở, which is also very good. Broth has depth and good cuts of meat. They serve a wide range of Vietnamese foods. They have rice dishes, salad rolls, curry, sandwiches, fried noodles, calamari, mango smoothies, coffee, and more. The prices are reasonable and the staff is kind. Phở Thinh is my favorite restaurant in Kent. I am addicted to their BBH!

Upon discovering our usual phở place was closed for the night, my boyfriend and I did a quick Unilocal search. Phở Thinh was nearby and fit the bill, so we quickly headed over. I was pretty impressed with this place! The phở was filled with plenty of broth and noodles, had great flavor, and came in what I found to be quite large sizes. We happily slurped up every last bite and bit of broth and left in happy food comas. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out super fast. The place was also very clean and had lots of tables. The only thing that I found a bit disappointing was the prices — they seemed a bit high, in my opinion. It was $ 7.25 for my medium chicken phở. I can’t remember the exact price of my boyfriend’s large round steak and brisket phở, but the total for the the two was over $ 17 with tax. I’m sure we will be back to this location!

THERE’S WONTONSOUPTOO??? That’s a deal breaker for me. Most phở places get a three star from me if I think they’re phở is ‘ok.’ But to have pretty good phở and pretty good won ton soup all in a cuddly little bundle?! PSSSHHHH… we all know where the extra star comes into play. Don’t act like you don’t know. HEADSUPTHOUGH! Parking can be a bit hectic thanks to Hong Kong market.
