Paula is the best storage professional I have ever met. She is informative, has great communication skills, is friendly, and attentive. I would readily recommend her for her excellent customer service skills. Thank you for a great storage experience at Public Storage. Without employees like Paula, Public Storage would be just another mediocre storage facility.

Had an extreme customer service issue with the local Public Storage, was not receiving any type of resolution or follow up. Management and employees did not seem to care or value any business that I had conducted with the company. Issue was not my fault, although the employees wanted me to find the resolution myself. Emailed customer service department of public storage and received the best customer service from the regional manager. She followed up with me and found a resolution to my issue immediately. She wanted to ensure the company image and reputation was restored, which she did. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service she provided. It is great to know that you are working with a company that takes customer service complaints as seriously as she did. Thank you.
