Rich’s 5 Star Pizza

Ordered a family size pizza for delivery on National Pizza Day. Was put on hold a few times, but once the person taking my order got on the phone, he was clear and courteous.
Our pizza came a little before the estimated delivery time, driver was professional.
I don’t get delivery that often — I tend to prefer Papa Murphy’s at home, or Mod eating out, because they just taste fresher. Plus, I had a bad experience picking up Pizza Hut and witnessing them spraying an aerosol of butter/​pizza seasoning on our pizza. So I’m skeptical of getting delivery.
The pizza tasted amazing! The sauce is an underrated but key part of a pizza, and Rich’s has great sauce. The toppings were liberal, fresh, and quality. All perfectly cooked with some browning of cheese, crust and toppings, yet no burnt bits.
Price was a bit on the high side, but not as much as some boutique outfits. Considering the quality, I’d say it’s a solid value, considering I didn’t use any coupons or take advantage of any sales.

Best quality of ingredients and menu selection extremely varied, Pizza, Calzone, pasta’s, salads; even deserts. Did I mention the Quality. Ingredients seem to be some of best choices. Very friendly and prompt service. Since it is made fresh then the time is just to bake it right. Highly recommended.

So great! Amazing fresh salads it’s like I made it at home it’s crazy how fresh the food is! And the salads are huge! A small feeds me twice! Cheese bread is the best I have ever had, Pizza is unbelievable. The crust is great! Most crust gets hard or chewy and this is so fresh and good! Nice and soft and fluffy!

I tried to order a pizza and it seems like someone can’t count. The chick on the phone ran my card, said it declined 3times. Ah no can you count, I gave you information once before. You know what forget, it. I know I have money on my account. I doubt I will ever call them again.

First time ordering for delivery and it was excellent! Pizza was fresh and so good we will definitely order again!

Oh… my…so glad we gave this place a try. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Hubby got the pan crust with ranch sauce, ham, and pineapple. So delicious. I got regular crust, pepperoni olives and mushrooms. Again wonderful. Pretty quick delivery. We have found our new local place for pizza. Thank you Rich’s Pizza!!! Will so be ordering on a regular status. .like next weekend!

I usually only order pizza delivery for a very last resort.
I used to work delivery pizza, so I am pretty picky.
They are pretty close to my house and always deliver relatively fast. Nothing amazing, but at least not a long wait.
The drivers are always cool about having to deal with the security controlled door for our building ans are always very kind.
They used to have an issue with getting the entire order right, but have recently gotten better at that.
Their 5 cheese pizza is the best thing I have had from them. They have parmesan bread bites that are amazing. They seem to always be undercooked and doughy, but they are so good that I never care. Their wings are pretty decent too. A little undercooked, but most places are like that.
Great pizza and service for pizza delivery. Much better than the competition and big name chains in the area.

Every time I get food from Rich’s 5 star pizza it is delicious and the employe’s are very kind. Overall great place!

Me and my wife came to Rich’s with a friend he keeps saying how great the pizza is so we tried it and I do have to say it was Great! If you come I recommend the bread sticks!

It’s never been in my experience to have the someone call, and then actually offer to refund money for whatever reason, because of that I’m giving top marks to Rich, the owner of this quality pizza place, IT’S BETTER THAN AMANTE; he actually took the time to review, and even call to make things right, I know every order won’t be 100%, that’s life, I can’t do the same in my line of work, so just know this guy means business when it comes to making things right :)

We saw the «monster» and we where not scared. We ordered a large monster and it was nothing like the pictures or other reviews described. The toppings where few and far between and the crust reminded me of the cardboard box the pizza came in only slightly less chewy. I paid the high price of nearly $ 30 for the pizza and a Greek salad. I regret not walking across the parking lot to Safeway for a bag salad and digorno would have been better pizza for a third the price. I don’t mind spending a bit more for a quality product but this pizza left me disappointed.

My go to place for MNF pizza orders. Online orders and good specials. Not really a dine in pizza place although they do have some indoor and outdoor seating but its limited.

After my last review, Rich, the owner contacted me offering to refund my money and replace my order free of charge. I didn’t want him to refund my money, but I did take him up on the replacement order.
He took my order personally and within 30 mins, my monster combo medium pizza and a Greek salad arrived.
This time the pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was crisp and the ingredients are fresh and superior to ALL other pizza places around. My Greek salad had house made salad dressing on the side. It was delicious.
I appreciate the extra effort of Rich and am glad I took him up on his offer. They have a new loyal customer.

What an awesome first experience today!
The website was down so I called in our order. Craig was great on the phone, fast knowledgeable and friendly. He added coupons to our order without me asking which was so nice. I modified the pizzas a little and he was totally accommodating. And then here’s the kicker: our house was outside their delivery zone, but Craig asked Rich and he said absolutely they could deliver it. Two thumbs up.
The pizza arrived fast and hot and delivered by Rich himself. We ordered the Monster and the 5-​cheese. Both were loaded with good cheese, lots of high quality toppings, and there’s not a crumb left between me, the hubby and the three kids. Also I’m a ranch fan and the ranch they brought me (maybe homemade?) was cold and YUMMY.
The price is a little higher than we’d normally pay for take out but the pizza was five times as good as we’d normally get. Can’t wait to order Rich’s again!!!

Glad I waited until after a few orders to write my review. Couple missteps tonight. The quality of the pizza is really good, worth the higher price than the chain places. Pizza consistently gets 4 – 5 stars.
Tonight we tried the boneless chicken wings. Ew. Obviously frozen and reheated. For $ 7. No Bueno.
Also they forgot the salsa and sour cream that come with the fajita pizza. She brought them right away but still, you want to eat your pizza hot.
We will continue to order, because they’re local and very good.

Yes all day!
We loved The Monster. TOOK OFF green bell peppers and added slice tomatoes and extra sauce. We have tried lots of pizza places in the area and this is the best.

This is our family go-​to for Pizza night.
The staff is warm and knowledgeable.
The menu is varied and the ingredients are fresh.
Rich’s does not disappoint.

Tried the monster piza was super filling and had so many toppings! I was full after a slice
The spaghetti was supposedly good as well. I didn’t even get a chance to get a bite before it was gone.

I’ve been meaning to try this place out. It’s not a place you sit down and have a meal at… mainly take out orders. It was quite busy for a late Friday afternoon but I didn’t mind the wait. Starbuck’s is next door and I sat at their outdoor patio since it was beautiful out. Brandon took my order… very courteous and polite. He even offered to help take the pizzas out to my car when my order was done.
Family loved the pizzas. I ordered an all meat one and The monster, which had loads of meat and fresh veggies. The pizzas were very reasonably priced and look for their specials. They also have gluten-​free pizza.
