Great pizza for the price. The 18″ is huge! Unfortunately, my hot wings arrived *very* soggy from being inside the takeout container. They’re baked/broiled rather than breaded/deep fried so they didn’t hold up very well. They also weren’t very hot, only had a tiny amount of sauce, and the ranch that I paid extra for didn’t come with my order. The wings were extremely tender and flavorful, though! Also, I paid $ 1.49 for a «20oz Pepsi product» and accuracy received a 16.9oz bottle. :/ I’d definitely give them another chance, because the pizza is really good for the price and the delivery was quicker than I was originally told.

The paneer pizza was so bland, no flavor or spice :( I am not happy about wasting almost $ 30 on this order.

I recently moved to Des Moines and thought I would try Robin Hood after I passed by it a couple of times. I ordered delivery and it took an hour to get here. It said 45−60minutes so that I expected. What I didn’t expect was my pizza to be cold when I got it, and slightly burned. Granted the pizza was still fairly good. My salad was also warm when I got it and didn’t have any dressing. The delivery guy was nice but doesn’t make up for cold pizza and warm salad.

Gluten free crust was okay and the cheese pizza was a little overcooked. Bummed as this is close to home!

Only take out and delivery within 5 mile radius. It’s so worth the wait. Phone in order ahead of time.

Very good pizza and the price was right. I think I have tried this place before and didn’t feel a need to post a Unilocal, but it was really good tonight and wanted to let them know I appreciated it. I will be calling them again.

It is not often that I post a negative review. When I do, I do it in hopes that the information will be taken in a constructive way by the establishment. That being said, tonight was a bad night for Robin Hood Pizza. This will have been about the fifth or sixth time ordering from them since moving to Des Moines. No complaints until the previous order. I asked for half Hawaiian and half Indian Style Vegetarian Pizza(which is delicious by the way). What I received was half Hawaiian, as ordered and the other half was made as a plain veggie. We didn’t notice until we got home. I called. After much debate I was told that I could bring the pizza back and it would be replaced. So now I have to drive back to your place for you to fix your mistake? OK. I decided to keep the errant pie after arguing with the person on the phone for too long. All I asked for was for them to give me the next pie at half price to make up for the errant half received. I was told that the next order would be at this discounted rate. I ordered tonight and explained the situation. She said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. We show up. Instead of the half off she offers me a free 2 litre bottle of soda instead of giving a discount on the pie. I don’t drink soda. She upped the ante to two 2 litre bottles of soda. Nice. As I am now considering not even taking the pizza she says«well, you should have mentioned this on the phone». Really, What did we just talk about when I made the order just fifteen minutes ago? She said that there is no way that she would discount that much from the order because of «all the ingredients» that were on the pie. On the way out, without my order. Insulted. Time wasted. I mentioned«bad Unilocal» and she said«That’s OK because we have our Good customers». Apparently we didn’t make the list. OHWELL. Needless to say I will not be patronizing your establishment in the future. I hope you can make the changes in the customer service department to match your pretty good pizza.

Fast, affordable, and yummy! Just wish they were a little more friendly and that’s the only reason I am giving them 4 stars!

It seems like Robin Hood has fractured into different ownership within the last few years, and this location offers some items that the others don’t. I order here occasionally for work delivery and have never had a problem except for long wait times(over an hour is normal). Their pizza is more or less the same as the Auburn location except they offer an 18″ size and have more choices like Indian style pizzas. The only problem with this is that their oven is calibrated for the larger size, so while they come out perfectly, the smaller 14″ pizzas tend to be a bit overcooked. We like ordering the 18″ Jumbo Supreme, which has lots of cheese and toppings. Overall, it seems that they’ve improved recently so I will continue to order.

Ordered this place for the first time, super hungry so we ordered the XL teriyaki pizza and surprisingly it was good, never tried teriyaki on pizza before but the taste profile was balanced at a good ratio. But we had 3 slices each and we were stuffed! Had probably 8 – 9 slices leftover. My husband had it for dinner the next day, would definitely order from here again. The delivery guy was fast and friendly, interested in trying one of their other specials next.

They only offer Large or XL pizzas but a large is only 6.00 so it’s well worth it! We got a large pepperoni and it was a good pizza that I’d probably categorize the same as the other reviewer, a step above little Caesars! I would definitely try their other pizzas for the price!

One acronym you need to remember when you come to Robin Hood Pizza: BCT. Bacon, Chicken and Tomatoes. By far my favorite but others are great because they don’t get cheap on the ingredients.

Food was hot and delicious. Cheap and fast. I would defiantly eat there again! Only thing that was wrong was my wings weren’t spicy enough lol but they were still good!

I’ve had good experiences at the Auburn location, but this was my first time trying Robin Hood in Kent. I got the New York Steak pizza, which I’ve had from Robin Hood before. It wasn’t quite as good as I remembered; it didn’t have as much cheese as I would’ve liked, and the«steak» had a seasoning that reminded me of sausage. I also ordered the«chicken nugets,» which turned out to be more like boneless wings. The restuarant called me back to ask if I wanted hot or barbecue. I was just expecting them to be plain, so I was a little thrown off. I should’ve swapped them out for cheesy bread at that point, but I went with hot. The chicken itself was good, but it’s hard to get past the soggy breading that also coats their regular hot wings. I’ll probably try the Auburn location again next time to see if it’s still better or not.

Not half bad. I just got the $ 5 large special and have to say it’s better than little ceasars. Can’t go wrong for the price.
