I did love this place. I would order regularly from Eat24, who always had mixed pricing listed. I had assumed it was on their website’s end, not the restaurant’s. After cutting ties with Eat24, I tried to order from who responded to my order with: «Dear Timothy, Regarding the order you placed online, that order is cancelled we tried to get a hold of you from the store but there was no answer, the store recently updated their prices and at this point the order is compromised, it costs more. We are just going to cancel this order. Best Regards! – James L. Customer Service 1−888−974−9928» Nevermind the fact that didn’t call me as stated in the email, since this is a review on the restaurant itself. Come to find out it is the restaurant that is not updating their pricing, and REQUIRING me to pay more to receive the food that I had ordered and paid for at the posted price. This is false advertisement! You can not offer a receipt at listed price saying the order is confirmed and then call to require that I pay additional money if I want to receive my food! When reaching out to the restaurant they could not have cared less about honoring their advertised price, or even updating the prices on the website! I work for a hotel just up the road from them and send them loads of business — that stops now. Best of luck to them, but if they continue to run their business in this manner it will surely be closed soon — deservedly so. So I placed an order for delivery at 1:15am. This is my first time ordering from this restaurant and since I had the late night munchies, I thought I would give this business a chance… Never again! Here it is 2:48am and still NO food!!! I called at 2:15am to check-in on my order and I was told that it would be here by 2:30am. I called back at 2:33am and spoke with a rude prick who told me I had to wait another 10 – 12 minutes. I told him that was told to me at 2:15am. He said that the driver made an error with a prior order and that is why my order was delayed. I asked what would be done to compensate for such a delay. The prick said if my order was not here in the new timeframe, then I would get a discount. I asked how was I going to get the discount since I already paid for my order. The prick replied, «Uh, well, you are not going to get the discount anyway because the driver will be there.» I told him that his cockiness this time of night was not appreciated and that if I do not receive my order by 3:00am, I am going to file a theft claim with my bank. The prick replied, «Whatever, it will be there.» Never. Ordering. From. This. Place. Again. UPDATE: My order arrived at 2:57am, which was after the next deadline. When I called back, the prick answered the phone and said I was not getting a discount because I called only 5 minutes prior to this call. I asked if my husband and I should go there speak to a manager to resolve this matter. The prick replied, «Yeah, send your husband over here. We are not scared.» Then he hung up. I called back twice and no one answered. My food is flipping cold and the pizza crust is nowhere near thin to boot!!! I am still calling my bank and filing a dispute!!!
