My laptop died and I was frantic to get it fixed right away. I called Secondring and left a msg asking to have someone return my call if they could help me — received a call right away, and met up with the owner who was very friendly and helpful and he fixed my computer right away. It works perfectly now, and I paid much less than I thought I would have to. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I’d go to Secondring again in a heartbeat with my computer problems.
