I used to come here for my acrylic needs and pedicures… The last time I went to their shop was about two weeks ago on a Saturday morning. My pedicure last a TOTAL of 30 minutes. I asked why they hadn’t used the «cheese grater» like tool, and she claimed that it was an extra service and that it would cost me another $ 5. That has NEVER happened to me at any nail shop I’ve gone to. So I was quite surprised. So I got up and went over to get my fill done… I showed the other gal what color I wanted (red with a matte coat). I expressed my worries about the matte finish, as I was told at another shop that it would have to be redone once I’ve washed my hands a few times. She then told me it would be fine and not to worry. This is where the shop started picking up with walk ins… It took 1.5 hours for my nails to be done. She bounced back and forth between me and other client… Frustrating! When she applied the red she didn’t get it close to the acrylic by my cuticles. It looked like I needed a fill already! So then she goes to apply the matte and missed so many spots that my nails were still shiny and my pinky nail was really thick with the red polish. Oh, and she had to redo my thumb twice because another worker came up and said something to her and she took it off. When I was getting ready to pay I looked down at my nails and she asks me what was wrong. I expressed my concerns again and she told me to wait and she’d fix it. At this point I was so done, nor did I have any more time to waste for it to be done right. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because they USED to be pretty great. I will no longer go to this place, there are much better shops in the area!

Walking in I was welcomed and immediately sat in a spa pedicure chair. I didn’t even have an appointment. At first I thought they were a little more expensive than other nail salons especially for the same type of pedicure I usually get. man was I wrong! THIS WAS THE BEST PEDICURE EVER!
Scrub, massage, hot stones, wax, hot towels and more! This is the most thorough and longest lasting pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m still not done as I write this review. I am so overly impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the level of customer service and I am absolutely in love with the color I chose.
I can’t wait to come back.

I don’t know why I keep returning to this nail salon, every time I go there I leave feeling like I have wasted my money. My most recent experience was from ¹⁰⁄₁₈. They close at 7:30 at night, I made an appointment for a fill at 6:10. I sat there for a good 20 minutes before anyone came to help me. I tend to like my nails very short so I filed my acrylics before I went in, and she did thin them out for me because they were so thick. I wanted a design, so I showed it to her, it was a leopard print, but I told her I wanted Seahawks colors. She had the picture in front of her the whole time but I still ended up leaving looking like a 3 year old painted random black and green dots all over my nails, I had already paid and tipped before she even painted my nails and she rushed out right after she finished my nails. Needless to say, no matter how convenient their location or hours, I am going to just have to find somewhere else to go. I’ve given them 3 recent chances and every experience has been bad, which is sad because they used to be great.

I had never been here before, but was doing some shopping at Fred Meyer and decided to go in for an acrylic fill.
Was initially impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and the ladies were nice. They were able to make color and design suggestions when I showed them a photo from Pinterest.
At first the gal seemed to be taking her time but as people started flowing in, she of course started hurrying me along. She filed the acrylic WAY too thin, and too smooth. She also didn’t put any oil on my cuticles before I washed my hands and prepared for my gel polish.
Needless to say, 3 days after my $ 35 fill, 2 nails are broken, and one more peeled clean. My fills usually last me the 2 – 3 weeks I expect with no issues. And my cuticles are dry and cracked!
Also I heard more than one person wincing with pain as the lady was cleaning and clipping toe nails during pedicures in the chairs behind me. Eeeek!
Might be worth another try, but I can’t afford to risk it before I go on vacation!

It’s a great spot to come and relax. The girls are super friendly. Didn’t have to wait at all, of course I was here at 1030am. Hot stone and hot towel included in the pedi. It was so relaxing. Great prices as well.

Unless you’re a regular — don’t bother.
I’ve been here at least 5 times and I don’t think I’ll be back. I came in for pedicures and only had a decent experience once. The older woman with bangs was my favorite and only because she didn’t make me feel like crap. She smiled, didn’t phone it in and told me I picked a pretty color. Standard behavior and what you would expect. No elaborate small talk, just the standard how are you and thank you at the end.
All of the other ladies here make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. They sit me at the broken chair that doesn’t massage, just rub the lotion on with no massage, and manage to smile at me for a microsecond when their eyes happen to catch mine and I smile first at the awkwardness. I don’t understand it. Regulars will come in and their faces will light up and become animated, and ask them questions. But not for me. I always came in when it was dead and tipped even though I probably shouldn’t have.
I just paid someone to make me feel uncomfortable for 40 minutes and when I left my heels were still scratchy?! The hot stones and scrub are nice, but not worth the second pedicure I have to give myself when I get home.
I’ll be finding a different place that actually acknowledges me and my business, thanks.

Update:
I had my nails done on Saturday and by Sunday evening, I had one chipped nail and the polish was already wearing off the tips, something that has never happened in one day of normal wear. So disappointed.
I know that I should go back and have them fix it, but I am worried that it won’t be done right.

I needed my nails done before vacation and wanted to find a place near home. This is in a good location, but the service was very average. I walked in and the staff were attentive and helpful.
I needed a fill with French tips. I asked for just a bit of a file, with not much length taken off, they cut all the growth, way too short.
They even trimmed two nails so they were super crooked. I was waiting for the tech to fix and she didn’t so I had to ask.
The polish I chose should have gone on three coats, but they only did two.
Fine for the time crunch I was in, but not likely to go back. A shame, I was really hoping to make them part of my routine.

This is my friend Julie L nail spot and I thought I would give it another go after about 1yr since my last visit. Convenietly located near food shopping, coffee shop and small eaterys this spot is convenient while doing your business.
First come first serve or you can phone in for a appointment.
Plenty of nail polishes to choose from.
Smells like a nail polish place which is my first test of shops I visit. Its not overwhelmingly toxic smelling, but it definitely has a odor.
For the shorter adults, the pedicure seats are a bit longer so can leave the customer sitting a bit forward to reach the pedicure bowl, but not too much of a hassel.
Depending on the technician you get, will depend on your experience. This review is not for the technicians I have had.
The best part of my pedicure experiences is the scrub (my fav!), followed by lotion massage, and then the hot stones… YES! Lastly ending with the warm towels. Definitely like the variety.
Overall a good place to come and bring your friends. $ 20 for a pedicure is a good price. They prefer cash tips.

Initially I was impressed with the overall cleanliness; however I had to wait 20 – 30 miunutes to even get my pedicure done. (There was only 1 pedicure technician???)
Then once seated in the spa chair (which was nice) I waited another 15 – 20 mins to have someone actually work on my feet. I choose the ‘Special Pedicure’ to which I was starting to enjoy until I realized that she was more focused on my leg & foot massage than actually removing the dead skin & callous that have been forming, esp since its been 4wks since my last pedicure. She used the pumice for less than 5 mins for BOTH feet??? I did like her nail art on my toes as I told her to freestyle for me, since I like to see how creative ppl are & what color choices she would use. I was truly satisfied with the nail art & color combo!!!
My Shellac Gel Manicure however is a TOTALLY different story :-(
The nail tech began to work on me simultanoeusly & began by cutting my pinky cuticle so low that I began to bleed. (She never apologized) Things wer going along & she began to add the colored Shellac gel polish which I realized was not the color I thought it would be. It didn’t look like the powder blue it was looking a lil Geico Gecko Green with glitter, so I informed her that I didnt really like the color as it was not blue it was green. She pretended not to understand me & continued to polish the rest of my nails. I asked her again, since I could tell she was ignoring me as we were close to closing time. I realize that gel polish is not as easy to remove as regular nail polish; however I as the customer was not happy & was letting her know that I wanted to change the color polish. She again ignored me telling me it was very pretty color, I told her yes its is however my green Geico Gecko nails do not match my powder sky blue toes & I want to change colors. In the end I just gave up & decided that I would leave a tip for my pedicure technician but a tip for the nail tech who cut my cuticles & made them bleed, refused to stop & allow me to change colors would not only NOT get a tip, but this place would NOT get my business as I will NEVER come back here again.
So-​so feet service, bleeding fingernail cuticles & horrible nail color are NOT my idea of relaxing NAIL/​FOOT Spa service! Onto the next! I had to go to Target to purchase a foot scrub to go home & scrub my own heals to satisfaction. (WTH!!!)

I’m going to leave my review in two parts because I was there twice & had two completely different experiences.
5 stars for 1^st visit on March 1^st.
Got tips, acrylics & polish. Young girl who did a good job. Only complaint is that she didn’t press the tips onto my nails, so after a few days’ growth, there was a gap between the nail tip & my nails. But none of them lifted completely or chipped. She was very nice & did a fabulous job w/​the acrylic part. They were thin & perfectly-​shaped. The polish was immaculate.

3 stars for the 2^nd visit on March 16^th.
I came in for a basic pedicure & acrylic fills. I am SUPER ticklish, so I wanted to tell the lady before we got started on the pedicure. I couldn’t do that, however, because she was talking on her phone for the first half of the pedicure. I understand that these places are like spa chop shops, but I would’ve preferred to wait another 10 min while she handled her business. However, after she finished her phone call, she was very polite. She apologized, & the rest of the pedicure was very nice. The hot stones & leg scrub were a treat. The polish job was perfect.
The bad part was the manicure. I had to wait for THAT lady to get off her cell phone too, while I sat in front of her. Apparently this place doesn’t promote separation of home life & work life. But again, she was very nice once she finished her call.
She pulled out a HUGE brush to apply acrylic, and I was prepared to be impressed at her ability to deftly use it on my tiny fingers. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to look at my nails until after she’d applied the polish. HORRIBLE acrylic job. Just awful. When I very politely suggested that the acrylic was a bit thick, she made some excuse about thick polish. That’s when I got a little upset and said, «The polish is fine! You put the acrylic on too thick. It looks bad.» She was super patient about re-​doing it tho. I thought we were getting somewhere… until she put the polish on. She kept bumping into my nails with her fingers & with the polish bottle. But she didn’t fix a single mistake! By the time she was done, every single nail had smudges & cotton fuzz. SUCH a waste of money. I was fuming.
I asked the lady for her name, and it sounded like she said «Leanne» So either it’s Leanne or something phonetically similar. I really wish I’d gotten the name of lady from my 1^st visit so I could go back to her next time.
I went straight to Ulta to buy the same color polish so I can fix it myself. I’ll also have to fix the acrylic AGAIN. Even tho she thinned it, it’s still very uneven around the edges, and some of my nails are actually sharp.

Just got home from getting a $ 30 mani-​pedi 15 minutes ago, and I HAD to join on the computer and write a review right away.
Being from California, I had a hard time finding the right nail salon and I’m glad I found this place through Unilocal.
The ladies were super nice. I’ve never had a hot stone massage before and O. M…G… LOVED.
I had one young lady work on my pedicure and another on my manicure simultaneously. I was still there for about 45 minutes because they took their time and did a fabulous job.
They did not talk about other customers in their own language like you get at other salons.
I also got my eyebrow waxed here, and it was nice and clean. She kept showing me her progress, to make sure i am satisfied with the shape — which I loved because I’d rather have her ask questions than to assume and mess up my face. So I appreciated that a lot.
Definitely coming back here for the rest of my life now.

Got my arcrylics done here and they last forever. The girl was super nice !

I went there to get my eyebrow wax. However, after the wax i was experiencing a burning pain on my forehead. Later realized I have a huge burnt mark on my forehead and my eyebrows from the wax!

Love it excellent service deluxe pedicure is sooooo amazing maybe I’ll try the super deluxe although I’m not sure how much more awesome it could be! Overall a wonderful place recommend it to anyone! I walked in a was helped immediately and usually other salons get annoyed by you bringing your kids but they were soo nice to
my daughter. Overall great experience has become a new every two week ritual.

It seems that nail salons around here fall into one extreme or another — cheap and filthy, or expensive and more than it’s really worth. This one falls delightfully in the middle of the spectrum and I love them for that. Are they the snooty Gene Juarez folk with clientele that are equally as snooty? No. But if they’re not like Gene Juarez then the floors must be dirty and the walls must be filled with those ridiculously funny eighties nail art posters, right? Guess again.
There are a number of good features to this place:
* Nice ladies — you never feel that they’re talking about you and/​or your feet as you’re getting that pedicure.
* Clean, clean, clean. I guess the neutral décor has something to do with it. Everything just looks so much dirtier under fluorescent lighting.
* Quality work. Every time I have been here I left happy with my nails. And they never rush it, nor do they move painstakingly slow.
* The massage chairs actually work, and you can opt for that coveted stone massage to go with your pedicure, a definite treat!
* There is a nice big screen tv in everyone’s view, to distract you from the awkwardness of having someone else all up in your toes.
So the only con to this place is the price. They’re not as much as the priciest salons but definitely not the cheapest. I guess this place is proof that you get what you pay for. If you’re like me and you get your nails done only once or twice a year, it would definitely be worth the few extra bucks here, because you will leave happy with the experience and your nails. Double whammy!

Deluxe Pedicure…
Huge massage chairs penetrate your spine while your feet soak in bubbles getting happy. Meticulous skilled nail artist pre-​treats your cuticles and prepare them to be removed. Your toe nails get cut and filed. The dry skin is evicted from your heels… ahhhhhhh
Each toe is massaged, the base of your foot… THEN they break out HOT STONES and stroke your calves and loosen your muscles… Then an oil applied and more tension released massage on your legs!!!

This place is great! $ 20 for a spa pedicure and they do a «mini» stone massage on your calves! Amazing. They also have several types of spa pedicures with varying degrees of foot and leg treatments (different prices).
They also have a full waxing menu. I have not been yet for waxing, but I intend to.
The salon is very clean and up-​to-​date. I was very pleased.
