Don’t let Mechelle cut your hair! She couldn’t do a simple fade for one! She has clippers that rip your hair out, the edge clippers had no power and needed new batteries or to be charged, and she doesn’t have everything you’re supposed to have with a set of clippers… like all the guards. I have a huge line all around my head where it was supposed to be blended. I asked for a medium taper or fade as you call it and I came out with nothing more than a bowlcut! I have to go get my hair fixed and pay for yet another haircut!

I hate to leave a bad review but do Not go here. She missed cutting part of face framing layer. The sides are uneven and she chopped off a piece in the back. $ 20 and I’m going to have to get my daughter another haircut because this one is messed up so badly.

Alia has been cutting my husband’s hair for the last year or so and his hair always looks terrific. I’ve been totally exasperated with my last three high-end downtown salon experiences and on a whim decided to see what Alia could do for me. I made an appointment for the same day on a Saturday afternoon(which I didn’t even know you could do at Supercuts) and was totally delighted with my cut and style. I have fine, curly hair and some stylists aren’t comfortable cutting my kind of hair. Alia did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted(layers!) and spent a lot of time getting it exactly right. That was another thing I didn’t expect at Supercuts. I thought it was more of an assembly-line operation, but that is not the case at all. There were people waiting for her services and she graciously acknowledged them and gave all her attention to my hair. And a wash, cut, and style was $ 28! Wow! Really, really happy.
