These people are inexperienced and not and official T-Mobile store, they are a 3rd part retailer. I went into this store after seeing all of their advertisement and deals about«leave your current carrier and join the un-carrier» and got to the point where AT&T could no longer keep me at the prices they currently had. I had three iphones and was looking to switch carriers and purchase new iphones through T-Mobile and in turn they would pay my ETF and the remaining phone payments. The problems I had are as followed: 1. Extremely long wait times for employees that are inexperienced and no nothing about what they are selling. 2. I was looking for and iPhone 6 Plus 128gb and was told no one in the entire Seattle area had one in stock and was assured by the salesmen that he had checked all the stores. So I opted out for the 16gb model because that was all they had. I happen to be in Federal Way one week later and stopped by the store off of 320th to possibly purchase a new case. I tell the salesmen about how i wanted to purchase a 128gb iPhone but no one in the area has them in stock. He clarified everything for me, the T-Mobile store off Pacific Highway is just an authorized seller NOT a corporate store but they still could have checked inventory at another store if they were focused on customer service instead of making a sale and getting commission. I was able to switch out my phone with a $ 35 restocking fee out finally got the phone I wanted. 3. The sales person told me I would be receiving a credit card from T-Mobile that would cover the ETF and Phone payments for me within 3 weeks«max». ITTOOK11WEEKS! I had to actively call T-Mobile to find out when my money was supposed to get to me but the said it takes an average of 8 – 10 weeks for cards to be sent out. Although I got my phone and money to pay AT&T there is too much BS from T-Mobile and too much of hassle to complete simple tasks for me to stay with them. I was with T-Mobile for 3 months which were the WORST months I have ever had with a phone company. I am happy to say i am now with Verizon where you pay a little bit more but at least they are dependable and offer fantastic customer service. F*** you T-Mobile!

Very sad and disappointing experiences every time I go to this store. I bought a new phone today and needed the sim card cut down and they made me wait over 2 hours due to the only 3 employees were all with a customer. They said we had to wait even though it would only take 1 minute. I am beside myself with anger but I had to have my phone tonight for business. My advice would be to avoid this TMobile Store at all costs!!! Absolutely the worst customer service and even slower than the government.

Went in to add an extra line to our group connection. Spoke to the tmobile representative. I told him my problem and did not get any constructive support from him. As I was not an authorized user, I confirmed the group owner name and his number, and further told him to call him up for authorization — but all I got was a response that I need to follow up and get all this done. Was really frustrating so I immediately left without taking the connection. With a bunch if tmobile people who just want to play around and talk to each other, this is one place that I wouldn’t recommend.

I was nearby and spotting this reminded me I’ve been shopping for a new mobile experience. With no buying intention I went for recon. Upon entering, Danica greeted me and she was super pleasant and easy-going. Unlike some people one can encounter, she didn’t have(or was off, hopefully former) any robotic(or, snicker, robutnik [sonic]) or hound dog mindset. She was just a simply friendly and professional-enough person with a side of fun humor, should it be set off(if they’re too«lively», that’s too far off the spectrum). Located just off the street in a nice, clean plaza near Cutter Point Coffee.
