Everything is delicious. My service was alright. The problem was everyone else’s service looked miserable. Every employee here is clearly not a morning person.

Self reflection over strong coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I kinda like this place in as much as it’s close to my home and my office and I come hear a couple times a week or so for the convenience. I’ve lived in the area for the past 21 years and I remember when this store first opened and seeing all the design changes over the years. It’s not a bad little spot. But I’m beginning to wonder if the staff here consistently forgets to make a lot of orders and hates their customers or if they just really don’t like me personally. I don’t think I’ve ever done anything to offend anyone here, ever. I hope not. I seriously find myself wondering if I’m coming across as mean or intimidating or if I look like the local gas siphoner or something. I don’t think I smell too bad, I brush my teeth, and I have to dress kinda nice for work in the morning; maybe it’s my crappy hair style that they don’t like. I do need to go to the barber more often. My life is very disorganized. Honestly, I know I’m a bit of an introvert and I don’t smile a lot or make small-talk but is that reason enough to ignore me and avoid eye contact? Did I harm you in a past life? Is that why you so often«forget» to make my order? Is this my bad karma coming back to bite me from when I was a young Republican? I don’t know. Maybe it’s all in my head. But this is the closest decent coffee between my house and work so I guess I’ll keep coming back until someone actually spits in my face and pours a hot latte down my pants. Other than that, awesome sbux store. Rock on

In the last year the customer service and quality of coffee has gone off the deep end. I have stopped getting coffee and use the Starbucks at 4th and Meeker now.(After coming here for years). On occasion the other store isn’t open when I need my Coffee fix. That’s what happened today.. . I came with an open mind & left w a burnt and bitter latte. It was absolutely not drinkable. Sadly, it takes time to drive back to the same location, wait for a new one to be made, and then hope the 2nd try passes a taste test. The verdict: another terrible latte … I don’t understand why this store has such a hard time being consistent. Epic Fail! 6.00 a latte it should be right the first time!

It’s very busy here, what with serving the customers in the Café and the drive thru, but, never the less, there are smiles a plenty, and an utterly über tempting selection of nibbly goodies too. The coffee is lovely and gives the required kick to jump start me to as near as normality as I can muster. Service is friendly.

It seems like they don’t really want to help you when you order something like a water and oatmeal. Now no I didn’t just go and buy that but if I did get I did but I was with someone they ordered while I was sitting down because no need to be standing when I don’t drink coffee. I noticed someone snacking I mean smacking on some oatmeal do I thought hey I should get some grub. l stand in line order my water bottle and oatmeal and boy did I get the rolled eyes. Plus the annoyed announcement to the follow employees. didn’t even ask my name so when my order was ready I didn’t even know. someone just put the oatmeal on the table and walked away. yikes. Days later I go back in and here I ask for coffee for my wife and what do I get the lady looking mad because I just asked for drip coffee. I’m like it’s not my fault that I forgot what my wife wanted in her coffee lol they get stars because the oatmeal was good

What is there to say? It’s a Starbucks. The main difference between this Starbucks and the other one I go to is this one has employees that fail at listening comprehension. It doesn’t matter how many times I say«no whip», it doesn’t even matter if they repeat«no whip» back to me, I know that I’m going to get whipped cream on that drink whether I like it or not because that’s just what happens to me when I go here. The baristas are friendly and all, but friendly just doesn’t cut it when you fail at the basics of your job. Starbucks is everywhere — go to almost any other location and have a better experience.

Pretty much like any normal starbucks. This place is close to my job, has a drive through but i always prefer walking in because the parking lot is small and annoying to drive out of(going the way I go, at least). Customer service is decent… I’ve definitely had better at other locations. It’s quiet inside which is nice; not a noisy location. Good place to study. Also, bathroom needs a numeric code to use it! Don’t know why I had to share that but I felt like I had to.

Just walked into this Starbucks there were no less than five people behind the counter and only one customer at the counter. when I walked up. one girl with a ponytail came up and helped the person behind me and acted as if I wasn’t even there, never even made eye contact. So I waited until the customer that was being served was done so that I could get a simple drip coffee. I was invisible in a place full of Starbucks people. Sad

Can’t give this Starbucks a stellar review. The drive thru is usually one of the quickest in Kent although yesterday it was slow because of course the one person who pulls right in front of me has complications and doesn’t know what she wants. Then she ordered several frappuccinos which took forever. I’m not docking stars for that because it isn’t their fault she didn’t know what she wanted, and frappuccinos take longer to make. That’s just how it is. The staff was very friendly so that gets them a couple of stars. What I’m docking them for is after the semi-long wait, they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a caramel frappuccino. It looked like a caramel frappuccino, had the right tag on it too. But I tasted a bunch of cinnamon. I later figured out what they did is made a cinnamon dulce frappuccino, they must have KNOWN they screwed it up and then just decided to put caramel syrup in there and hope I wouldn’t notice. Well guess what I did notice and it was DISGUSTING! That combination of flavors is disgusting and I had to dump out half the drink. Yes I had already waited awhile, but I would have much rather waited longer to get the correct drink especially when it costs over five bucks. Total laziness.

I love Starbucks but this is one of the slower ones –drive thru or inside. While the drive thru baristas are typically nice, inside they really move slow, don’t engage, and make you feel like you’re interrupting them to order coffee.

They always make the refreshers and white mochas with way too little or way too much syrup. They NEVER have cake pops. Every week they say they’re sold out. But other stores have them. So either they aren’t ordering any and not telling me that or that have an unnatural pull to they’re store for every customer to buy cake pops until they’re gone. Last few brewed coffees were burnt. The staff is friendly and smile a lot, only reason I go back to give them another chance. Maybe I’m a little judgmental as a former Starbucks employee… But with that previous work experience I do know how it works.

What can I say this is my local coffee house within walking distance and the people who work here are always kind and get my drink right every time they see my face.

I don’t go out of my way to come here, but the times I’ve been here it’s mainly via the drive thru. The drive-thru has been pretty prompt and haven’t messed up any orders or anything I’ve placed.

No matter if I happen to visit morning, noon, or night the barista’s are always friendly. The quality of the drink is wonderful I always seem to get the best Grande Soy Caramel Macchiato. When the barista’s remember my order it brings a smile to my face knowing that the hundreds of faces they see a day they can look at me and know exactly what I drink! The drive thru wait times are not long, but I prefer to walk in you get a more personal experience from your neighborhood coffee shop.

It has a big Drive thru and gets the cars through pretty quickly. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel very welcome.

The only drive-thru Starbucks on my way to Kent so I stop here — sometimes it’s great — other times meh. Staff tends to not get along very well and make you feel like a bother(even when I don’t make a «special» order). It’s ok but I only go here in desperation — the one up further on Meeker is much better — but parking is a bitch and they don’t have a drive-thru
