Better pizza than Pizza Hutt, and Dominos. Much better. The customer service is good. However, this location isn’t very well kept in terms of being clean. Yesterday, there was flour all over the place, trailing to the door. To be fair, they were slammed busy. Pizza is always good, and that is all that matters. :)

Would give this place a 5 stars but I can’t on the fact that it took a little long to make my pizza with no cheese. It shouldn’t take 25 mins to make a pizza with no cheese or meat. Or maybe I’m just a picky little diva. Princess pizza eater

Need better customer service, guy that took our order was ignoring my wife when she was placing the order. very unkind! I won’t be going there again.

~i love this pizza. i like ordering online and drive thru to pick it up! i love the chocolate chip cookie pizza too. very fresh and love the app and offers! thank you for doing a great job with quick and fresh food!

My boyfriend and I venture here a few times a month when we do not feel like making anything for dinner. We are on their email list so we often take advantage of the weekly and monthly deals they have. We usually order online and carry out. There have been times where I’ve waited at the drive thru window for up to 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer my page. The food is generally up to par. Tonight was the first time we had them deliver to our apartment. Everything was hot, hot, hot. The delivery driver was nice as well. The only thing I had a problem with was that my overpriced 2 liter of Pepsi was expired. :(

Horrible! Husband and I went shopping and drive by this place and decided to get it on the way back. Tried calling when we left the store and got put on hold by the time we got to this place the girl picked up. We went with one of their specials. A large pizza for $ 11 and breadsticks for $ 4.99. Somehow the total came out to almost $ 20. Not sure how this happened but we let it slid and took our pizza home. When we got home and looked at the pizza we found that it was made wrong. We tried calling back and were put on hold for ten minutes. Since we lived close we drove back and explained what happened to the manager and right in front of us the employee told him that it was our fault that we messed her up. I understand that you may explain to your boss afterwards but I have never seen someone do it right in front of the customer! Then they remade our pizza which the manager confirmed was her error and as we are waiting another person came to pick up his pizza and the same girl handed a pizza to him without checking the details. One of the cooks starts looking for our pizza right as the guy who just picked up a pizza comes back in with the pizza opened — yep that’s our pizza that she handed out to someone else. So as if nothing happened they hand us the pizza and go about their thing. I worked in fast food before and if the wrong item was given to a customer and they left the business and came back we couldn’t turn around and give that food out– even if it was to the right person. If I was you I would find pizza elsewhere. They don’t care about their customers. It’s so disappointing but I guess this is why we haven’t gone there in a long time and will never go again. :(

This is my first ONE star rating but after my poor customer service(or lack there of) experience with this Papa Johns, I felt compelled to write a review. Today I called to order a carry-out pizza. Due to the snow, I didn’t feel like driving out and about too much so I thought this would be a nice family treat/break. I called 5 times. The first time I called someone answered, asked me to wait, then hung up on me. On my second call they answered, never responded to my hello, then set the phone down and I spent 5 minutes or so listening to random noise(music and talking) in the background. 3rd — 5th calls I experienced ringing then another hang up or busy signal. Poor employee work ethics are costing this place customers. I’ll definitely be recommending OTHER pizza places to family and friends.

It’s a hit or miss place. They usually deliver in 30 — 45 mins. Nothing special. Try the Thai place next door if you’re not in the mood for pizza!
